A shout out to Jeff and Andrew with ServiceMaster Clean in Albuquerque, they did an amazing job at cleaning the floors at my client's office with Dave & Busters. I got such a nice email from them, here is an excerpt "Crew was on time, got to work right away and did awesome! Drew said he watched the camera and the effort they put in was outstanding!! The results exceeded what they expected."

Nice guys who are polite and friendly on the phone and in person. Working with them on an insurance claim, and while I was happy at first, I am now frustrated that nothing happens if I don't call them every day. We went out of town for two weeks expecting the job to be finished when we returned. Nothing started until the day before our return. Often workers don't show up when expected with no explanation offered, or someone shows up and works for only a couple of hours. It feels like now that they know they've got my money, they are not really interested in getting the job done. it's been seven weeks for a small job that is stalled out. Will report back when completed.

They only take "current clients" after hours.

They are the company that is contracted to clean our office. Several months ago they broke a sculpture in my office. It was very important to me, and irreplaceable. They acknowledged they broke it, but have failed to reimburse me for the loss. I have heard nothing from them about it. I certainly would not recommend them.

Follow up to the above review: Response from the company sounded really spot on about clearing this up. Never. Heard. A. Word. The answer was all for show to make their reviews look good. Don't be fooled.

Yep. Don't be fooled by their pretense. Other than the fake responses here in the reviews there has been no contact. They have NOT reimbursed me for my broken irreplaceable sculpture. I believe they have no intention to do so. The response posted in January 2023 is just as fake.
