Grant and his crew installed two large swamp coolers in our home. I can't say enough about how pleased my wife and I were with the job. They were kind, professional, responsive, and showed up on time. They discussed all the options with us to identify the best fit for our home. We ended up choosing Aerocool coolers and are very happy with our choice. They completed the entire job in less than a day. I will definitely use this company for any future jobs.

Wow - finally a contractor in NM that not only communicates, follows up and knows their trade, but does great work! After having a couple other "Sprinkler" contactors visit my home, Davis the Plumber (A.K.A Cutter's Edge Landscaping/Sprinkler) was amazing to work with. Zach was beyond professional, extremely knowledgeable and surprisingly cost-conscientious. I almost felt like I was having to "argue" with him, to spend more money... :). After spending a good deal of time trouble shooting the pressure and coverage issues with my irrigation system, I ended up having them replace all the valve stations. Zach and Santiago did a great job. Considering all the Elm Roots they were faced with, I actually felt like I should have paid them more. Did they ever complain about the extra work...nope...not once. They replaced all the valves (which was a ton of digging) and did not leave until they felt the system was running 100% correctly/accurately. After one week, I'm already seeing results in the coverage and consistency...."Green Grass doesn't lie". :) Aside from their skill set/knowledge, what also impressed me even more, was their communication. Both Zach and Grant were great at staying in touch to update me as to when they'd be able to fit me in and when they'd be out to do the work. They were crazy busy but still worked to get my issues resolved...so again, I couldn't have been more grateful/thankful for their heightened efforts. I'm already passing along their contact info to the neighbors!

My tankless water heater was not working properly. After multiple calls to the manufacturer and previous plumber didn't fix the issue, Kevin and Mark from Davis the Plumber diagnosed the problem and a fix is in the works. There's a followup visit to be scheduled when the final parts arrive, but Kevin got hot water working! So nice to have a hot shower again. These guys were professional, knowledgeable and quick to find the issue. The many years in the business really came to the rescue.

As a follow up, Kevin got the parts installed and we've got instant hot water like it's supposed to be. You don't miss it until you don't have it. Many thanks to all at Davis the Plumber!

They have serviced three houses we are responsible for and they have done an excellent job each time. They never push you to get more done than what is needed and they are always on time.

Our water heater went out over the weekend. I called Davis at 6 AM on Monday morning. They provided much insight to the issue and made sure they would be at my home the same day (even when they were down technicians). By noon, Davis had two gentlemen diagnosing the problem. Because our water heater was connected to the boiler, it was more complicated of a problem than they initially thought. Davis even called another company for assistance. Zach repaired our water heater and it is working great. Davis is incredibly thorough and meticulous about their work. As long as it took to repair and replace the multiple parts, I thought they were incredibly reasonably priced. There is no reason to gather other estimates from any other company as Davis is the best plumbing company in town.

Plumbers are always booked, so I knew I'd have to wait, but it was just a few days and then I even got moved up on the schedule. They had a great automated texting system to let me know and approve the schedule change and then keep me updated on the technician timeline to my house the day of. The tech was very nice. He was thorough and knowledgeable. Overall, seems like a great company.

Highly recommend! My AC went out after a 100 degree day and they quickly resolved the issue. Great communication from start to finish, including texts regarding the technician's arrival. Zach quickly diagnosed the problem, explained how the unit works, and replaced the necessary parts. He got my nearly 20 year old unit running again for under $1000.

Recently had an issue with my furnace and initially called a larger more well advertised company to look at it. After their technician left quoting me an absolutely ridiculous price to replace the whole system, while never trying to diagnose the issue, I called to get a second opinion, and am happy that Davis the Plumber was able to get to my home earlier than anticipated. Zach Kirk was the technician that came. He actually took the time to open up the furnace, diagnose the issue, show me what was broken, explained how that part affected the system, then asked me if I wanted to replace the part which when fixed resolved the original issue. When it comes to HVAC, I definitely recommend Davis the Plumber, and they will be my go to.

Spring 2024, Davis re plumbed our entire very old home (early 1900). Five stars for that difficult job (reviewed by me on Google Reviews).

Now after freeze damage they have re plumbed a studio shower and repaired a hot water heater all in one day. After I put the shower wall back together, they will kindly return at no additional cost to finalize the shower fixture.

Just can’t say enough good things about Davis the Plumber’s on site employees as well as the billing and office phone folks. A crew came out initially very quickly to provide an original estimate, followed by on time scheduled work day making a very very old shower line like new. Empathetic and professional with long moments kindly spent explaining to me every step.
And who knew, they offer a generous Senior Discount which I unfortunately ‘qualify’ for.

Beto and his apprentice Nick were both great. I had my furnace replaced, which turned into a bigger project than expected [at no fault of their own] but they both made sure everything was done correctly and at a very reasonable cost. I felt comfortable with them being in my home and enjoyed our conversations. The office lady [forgot her name] is always very nice and helpful. Definitely recommend!

What a great job Davis the Plumber did for us on a Holiday week! A small job turned into a big job! A whole new toilet system put in! The guys were great! We highly recommend their service!
