Tish and Brice are amazing people! They helped me out when I really needed. They go out of their way to provide the absolute best customer service. I walked in with a bunch of problems and I walk out with the solution. They deserve a promotion or a pay increase!

I received excellent customer service at this location. After phoning to ask if they had specific parts in stock needed to repair my kitchen faucet, I went to the store and was waited on promptly and courteously. Later, I needed to return an item and arrived just after closing time (I incorrectly thought the store closed at 5 pm). I explained I had a small item to return, had my receipt and the unopened package and live over 60 miles from Albuquerque. The employee took my item/receipt, gave me his name and promised to process the return next day. I received a phone call early the next day indicating the return was processed and a refund issued to my credit card. Thank you!

They were super helpful. I went all over town, and no one had quite what I needed. They figured out how to construct what I needed. It was fabulous!

I can't express the exceptional service from Nathaniel Trujillo. He was very helpful and courteous. I was on a mission to find a part for my shower and had been to several places and no one at those places offered to help. Another man, bald, who's name I didn't catch was also very kind with helpful suggestions.Thank you for the great experience. I will definitely recommend Ferguson.

We knew we were interested in Toto toilets and made a list of dealers in Albuquerque. Ferguson’s was the first place we went to look. There we met Hannah Hughes. We looked at several toilets and Hannah gave me a printout detailing our favorite one. The next day I went back alone to find out more. Hannah guided me around the lovely showroom, answering all my questions. I was impressed with her expertise and vast knowledge of the products. She was a whiz on the computer. When I showed her a picture of our bathroom, Hannah immediately recognized the name and manufacturer of my toilet - which blew my mind! She was very gracious, upbeat and helpful comparing the different faucets, locating a small sink and writing up my order. She talked to me at length about the best way to have it delivered to my house. Initially I had thought I’d wait to look at other dealers, but Hannah was so thorough that I decided to simply go ahead and make my order. She assured me she would be tracking the delivery to my house and gave me a bottle of water. It was one of the best experiences buying a large item I’ve ever had. When I told my husband about how great it was, he said, “If we were still in business, we would have tried to hire her”.

service was friendly and good. that parts to fix water heater was on the high side for cost.

My water heater plug broke and we needed to find parts for it, everyone there didn’t hesitate to help us find everything we need, Dakota was a big help, she made sure we were taken care of, Highly recommend Ferguson Plumbing Supply. Thank you guys for all your help we appreciate you!!

Looked up the schedule and said that they were open until noon on Sat.Arrived at 11:30 and an associate rudely told me they were closed. Will not do business there again.

Bought a sink drain stopper- $120. Subsequently, saw on Amazon for $25!
Ripped off!

I told the sales guy I needed an eight inch valve stem for my garden hose faucet AKA water bib. He stared at me in silence long enough for me to make a face at him. Then it was all down hill from there ... trying to sell me parts I didn’t go in there for. But Bob Garret Plumbing parts store up the road was awesome and sold me what I asked for!!!

Was in a crunch and needed heating elements for my tankless water heater. Ferguson’s marked up price for two elements came to $240. I later found the same elements online for $40. Major rip off. Don’t shop here unless you have no other choice.
