Rocketman has resolved two issues I’ve had over the years. They did both quickly and efficiently. Others say they’ll get back to me with a solution but never do. Rocketman is the only company I will ever call for my issues.

We highly recommend Rocketman. He was on time for starters. He diagnosed the problem quickly and gave us very very very reasonable quote. He finished promptly. We would give the job from start to finish an easy 5 stars.

I put in a request for an estimate on their website last night around 8 when I couldn't get my water heater working. I received a call from them within thirty minutes. While I didn't answer, they called me back this morning and were able to send someone out this afternoon. Ken came out, was very friendly and super helpful. I'll definitely be calling them the next time I need help and will recommend them to any neighbors who are looking for a plumber.

I got an appointment 2 days out to install 2 new toilets. Guys communicated well when they were on their way, showed up on-time, and completed the job quickly without making any kind of mess. Fee was reasonable too. Great experience.

I gave you five stars because I know you do good work. But please don't go around leaving sewage manholes open anymore. It's very dangerous someone can fall in. At least put a barricade. There was also no barricade. Take some pride in stuff you guys do. It's a slippery slope when we stop caring.

I had a plumbing emergency (leak we could not shut off) after hours, and my usual plumber was closed. The Rocketman dispatcher was very nice and assured me they could get to me next and were at my home to stop a leak within a few hours of calling. All of this was after business hours, and I am not a usual customer of theirs! They were able to stop the leak with the supplies they had. And returned promptly the next morning for a permanent fix. The fees were reasonable for emergency work. And more of the repair was done the next day at regular prices, that were also reasonable. I will use them again. The plumber did a great job of communicating with me every step of the way and was very professional. Thank you so much!!!!!!!

In early November, I called Rocketman late at night. I had neither toilets nor showers. The workmen who had been digging in the parkway had caused a problem in my clean-out line. Rocketman came out Saturday and it was cleared in no time at all.

Then, again, the night before Thanksgiving, it happened again. The owner of Rocketman came out in the dark and cleaned it out again. On Friday, he sent out an employee who put a camera down the line and was able to locate the blockage.

I would hire them again without thinking twice.

Since then, I have been in touch with the company who did the digging, and they have dug way down, removed the blockage and recemented the area they took up.

I had rocketman come out to my home yesterday to fix my toilet valve that wouldn't shut off the water supply, as well as a leaking flapper. The plumber tried to convince me to get a new toilet, but we were able to fix the issue without having to do that thankfully and save some money that way.

First time customers also get a $25 discount, which I didn't see mentioned anywhere so I figured I'd included it here. I would use them again if I needed them, the plumber seemed knowledgeable and got the job done quickly and efficiently.

I had a great experience with Rocketman Plumbing! They were recommended to me by my handyman plumber as the emergency service I required was more extensive than one person could do. The Rocketman team was professional, clean, fairly priced and made a difficult plumbing emergency as painless as possible. The office team, management, and on-site plumbers were responsive, thorough, and helpful to deal with. While I hope to never need major plumbing intervention again, I can say they have a lifelong customer that I will not hesitate to recommend to family and friends!

I needed a leak detected before my insurance would approve repairs. I called all over town and the soonest I could get somebody to come out was in three days. Which meant I would be without water for four days. I spoke with Di at Rocket Man and she had Kyle come out to my house within an hour. Kyle was professional and knowledgeable. He found the leak and fixed it within an hour. I appreciate Di And Kyle both and highly recommend Rocketman Plumbing.

Rocket Man Plumbing has really help me with 2 major issues I've had with plumbing. 1st I called Diane was on the ball, they came in fixing a plumbing issue I had caused by another company, I also need a main drain the my moblie home park was liable to pay for which fixed the issue. January 16 2025 I noticed I had leakage coming from under my moblie home their response was immediate. Rocket Man showed up with my parks management again had something to do with the parks underground pipes which they're responsible to fix. Rocket Man new exactly what this issues were and took care of each one. I believe if I would have called another plumbing company the results wouldn't of been the same. They are trustworthy and dependable. I'll always chose them. If I could give more stars I certainly would.

We had a plumbing emergency and they were able to fit us in last minute and take care of the issue without price gouging us or taking advantage of the situation. When I called Rocketman I was in a serious bind. My washing machine drain was overflowing and flooding my house because the drain pipe was clogged. I called Rocketman and they were there within hours and were able to snake my pipes and remove the clog. Excellent service and knowledgeable plumbers make Rocketman my new go to Plumbing

Complete plumbing, water & sewer line replacement and new tankless water heater. 5 day job. Had water & sewer every night. Very affordable and city inspector complimented them on their work. Yard looked good as new afterward.

I have used Rocketman several times for both plumbing and heating. Each experience has been excellent! Beginning with their Dispatcher ....Di. She is efficient...obviously caring about the needs of the customer. She recognized that I had an after hours furnace emergency. Ken was dispatched and resolved the issue promptly and efficiently. Prior to that I had several persistent plumbing issues. Scott fixed those problems as well as any professional. Rocketman Plumbing is the best.
