Had an amazing experience at this location! I own several apartment buildings and recently purchased cooler parts.
I realized I had picked up the wrong valves (needed faucet inserts instead of hose-to-hose), but the team made it right immediately.

Jay greeted me as soon as I walked in, understood exactly what I needed, and got me in and out quickly so I could get back to the job site without missing a beat. That level of efficiency and customer care really stands out.

Great store with all the esoteric repair pieces for the homes in the Bellamah neighborhoods, excellent service and prices.

Store people were very helpful, had some obscure electrical converters I needed, and helped with an unrelated swamp cooler problem without taking advantage to try and sell something.

We've found the best prices on waterheaters here. They make good on the warrentys, have always come through for us as well as 2 neighbors who also went through them for waterheaters. Can't say enough about Samons.
