Diagnosed my problem instantly and was a simple fix. Will use them again in the future. Very friendly.

The technicians came to fix plumbing issues in guest bathroom. They were very professional and fast. Definitely going to call them again for future issues.

ZAB was recommended by my home warranty company. When I activated them for an under kitchen sink leak in my plumbing, they were prompt to help me. When the technician came, I thought it was going to be a fairly easy fix but more ensued throughout him inspecting my plumbing. I ended up needing more parts to repair my leak. The technician left to the store to obtain the parts and he came right back to install them. He was professional and knowledgeable throughout our interaction and several days later I noticed a very slow small leak. He came that day to repair a washer that was causing the issue.

I had Zab out to my house a few weeks ago because my hot water heater went out. The 2 guys that came out were extremely knowledgeable and answered all of my questions. They were able to give me a quote the same day and put me in the schedule for the next day! The installation process took about 4 hours! I was extremely impressed with Zab Enterprises! I found my plumbers for life! I highly recommend this family own business!

Zab replaced the inner-workings of two toilets, along with installing a new disposer. They are honest, clear about options, and priced out items before installation. Now my toilets no longer hiss and spit at me!
They took extra time to explain what they were doing, why it was needed, and the optimum methods of using the disposer.
This is a family business, providing exceptional service at a reasonable price. From the time I called, they arrived within 20 minutes because one of the toilets was leaking. I highly recommend Zab Enterprises! -
I had Zab Enterprises replace a water heater by using my home insurance. I had to pay additional fees that my insurance did not cover like for upgrading the water heater to a bigger size, and also upgrade the place to stay up to the state requirements which I understand. However, they left a valve cover with tape and now it's leaking. I called to have someone look at it, and hopefully. They can fix it besides that my experience was good. They were fast and got my insurance approved the work within a few hours. I will give 5 stars but I'll wait until my issue is completely fixed.

The guys that came out to fix my water heater were great! Very nice and did a great job. The office however was terrible. I waited three weeks for a water heater which I understand, everything is taking so long to be shipped. I got no follow up calls and absolutely no communication. Every time I called to follow up her response was “I was just about to call you”. I paid $658 for an “inspector” and was told she would send me a receipt through email. I have had to follow up multiple times to request my receipt and still nothing. She claimed she would schedule the inspector and give me a call. I still have not heard anything about this apparent inspector that I paid $658 for!

Not very professional company will never reuse this company.

Very rude company. That’s all I gotta say. Wouldn’t recommend.

Home warranty company sent these guys. They received double payment. Refused to fix 1 of 2 problems, and the work they did do, didn't last a year.

Total crooks. Contracted by my home warranty company to repair a water softener; came out and spent two minutes looking at the softener, collected their $75 "trade call fee", and left. Two weeks later, wondering what's going on, I start calling them -- and they then proceed to become completely unresponsive. They don't answer the phone (I tried multiple numbers), don't return messages, etc. Frustrated after a month, I call my home warranty company. They finally get a hold of ZAB, and they (after THREE WEEKS of my system being broken) proceed to claim my softener is actually a PURIFIER, and as such isn't covered under my home warranty. Totally false, but the warranty company believes them. I call the softener manufacturer, verify serial number/model, they verify with home warranty company -- ANOTHER week lost with my system broken. Bottom line, they pocketed my $$, totally screwed me (just now able to get someone competent out to my property to fix my SOFTENER), and this was an absolutely horrible experience. Look elsewhere for any plumbing repairs needed -- I'll be contacting the local BBB next.
