We had Leonard come out to our house to replace an anode rod in our water heater. He arrived on time, was professional in his communication and more importantly he was honest because the anode rod we asked he replace was no longer in a condition where that would be useful to the water heater. But he could have done the service regardless, charged us, and gone on his way instead of giving his professional opinion that we'd be wasting our money. Based on this we will not hesitate to have Leonard back out for whatever work he can do that we might need and because of our experience we have recommended him to others who have reported back to us as being happy with his services.

Leonard is very professional. He addresses the issue with expertise, He is very efficient, does not waste time and cleans up when he is finished.

I own a meat processing facility so the freezers are a pretty big deal. We were having a lot of trouble with the freezers. Leonard came out same day and got them running better than I’ve ever seen them. I’m extremely happy, very reasonable prices, and I’m a lifelong customer now I won’t go anywhere else. One of the things that I respected the most about him was that he explained everything to me and how I can keep them running better without having to call somebody.

Installed all the plumbing to convert from propane to natural gas and did a fantastic job. Highly recommend Leonard. I've used this service many, many times since we moved in and Leonard has always done a prompt and fabulous job. Put at new toilet in and recommended pumping the septic tank.

Leonard was very professional and friendly when he came to my house to fix a broken valve. He was clean and worked with care and efficiency. I would definitely have Leonard’s 24 Hour Service take care of any plumbing issues I have again in the future.

Bought an old house and Leonards did great work on a re-pipe of the entire home. Great experience again with Leonards. The city called to tell me I had a water leak and he found what the problem so fast and let me know what he'd need to do to fix it and get me up and running again.
