It has taken me a while to write this, but had an issue with grey water backing up and then emptying into the vanity. I knew that the issue was the vent was not properly vented. I have health issues and can't do that type of bending, kneeling or getting to the floor. I called Jason and he called when he was on his way, he was very professional. He has my business from now on.

Jason and helper stopped by on the way home from a extended work and diagnosed the problem one day. Then stopped the second day and made all the repairs. I appreciate him fitting us in his schedule and making all the necessary repairs on schedule and budget!! Great job!!

Jason came out and fixed an emergency water leak last year. Did a good job. A year later, I needed to have a few old water heaters removed and a new one installed. So I called Jason again. He came out and gave me a reasonable estimate. A couple days later, I drove down to Albuquerque and picked up a new 50gal and called Jason to let him know I was ready to go. So far, I still havent heard back from him. I suppose if you have an emergency leak, you can give him a call. But if you have a larger project, you might want to seek another plumber.

$300 to for 1 hour and only had to remove a bird's nest from the furnace vent. Also, was 1 hour late in arriving.

Came out and gave a quote. Agreeing upon the job, he left to get parts. No call no show. Would not answer calls or texts. I have never seen or heard from the owner again.

A/c unit went out. Our normal plumber was laid up due to surgery. Called Jason he came out charged $200 to tell us it was going to be $2000. Got a second opinion, $80 fix.

Absolutely the worst service and support ever. I can't believe the guy charged me 107 dollars to just watch me do the work. He said he couldn't do it even after asking me to send pictures over and over again and telling him what I needed. He even used my tools to loosen the pipe connection. He charged me to use a torch to remove a coupling and I had to repair it ....really !?!?!?!? I am a professional business man and feel completely cheated and I would never use him or recommend him. Too even charge me for doing nothing is a person with no scruples or integrity.

This plumber did more damage than good. Saturday he said he would get our main water line fixed by Monday end of day..... He no showed Monday! Tuesday hit the water meter.... Wednesday hits telephone line, destroys trees on my property and all the landscape with it.... Thursday says he is done leaving boulders in my driveway that I can’t move, doesn’t back fill very good and oh wait, I still have no water to the house..... he didn’t even fix the water line correctly.... I call him to come back as it is still not fixed and he is now not answering his phone. I would check his credentials to see if he is really licensed, insured and bonded because he definitely is the worst plumber in the area. I personally will never use him again!!
