Efrain from Affordable Plumping in Las Cruces did a wonderful job for us. He was very professional, polite, and friendly. He is very knowledgable, and fixed the problem quickly.

Both of our toilets started backing up and also flowing into our shower at 7pm at night. Called Affordable Plumbing and within 45 minutes someone was out here to help. The technician cleared the plumbing stoppage and gave tips on how to help prevent this from happening. Rates for after hours emergency services was much lower than other places I had called. I will definitely use Affordable Plumbing from now on for all plumbing needs emergency or not. Thank you!!!!!!

Hi, I did not receive plumbing services, although one of the employees Lawrence found my phone on the road and kept it safe for me until I was able to retrieve it from him. This takes huge character and an amazing person to do something like that, thank you, Affordable plumbing for hiring outstanding citizens like Lawrence.

Great Service! Plumber/technician came out fast on a Saturday. Friendly and professional. Fixed my issue and provided an additional service that I had not yet planned to do. I will be calling in during office hours to give the guy a kiddos. Very happy with the speed and service. Cost was affordable and less than another company I called prior to Affordable Plumbing. Kenneth came in and fixed my toilet flange. He provided the correct replacement flange vs my idea of cutting old flange off of the pcv. Thanks and great job

After using a few other plumbers in Las Cruces- we will never call anyone else again! We were especially pleased with Tyler and his prompt, efficient and friendly service! We will likely request him for any job in the future because we just trust him to do the job well. Bonus points for being great with animals- my cats loved him. I cannot say enough good things about this plumbing company! I specifically worked with Ellie, Martin and Tyler and all three are very good at what they do. They communicate, are knowledgeable and passionate about what they do, helping get the issue fixed in a timely manner and efficiently. Horrible company.... Patrick was send out to do a flush on a water heater....all he did was put the water hose to the water heater and let my water run out....nothing was flushed out....the sediment was still inside the water heater which has since then caused it to go bad and replaced with a new one....the company is just awful and doesn't respect any clients concerns....I will never call this company for any plumbing service again....the pictures shown are a month and half later....this should have never been inside after the flush.... Patrick clearly does not know how to work on any water heater....NEVER AGAIN....
UPDATE:
I did not get my water heater installed for free....I am being charged $2,100 for this whole thing....this could have been avoided had Patrick done the correct job and would have noticed there was an issue with the water heater....period....i could have handled the situation from there....the water heater mind you was working find before the flush....he did not do any of that at all....he didn't even flush the sediment out at all....this is not a free job....if this was free the invoice you sent me would be zero which you failed to admit here on this review....you would also pay your employee who took the time to tell me the other guys did a crap job....instead you are trying to cash in on whatever he did....which is ethically wrong period....for $300 bucks I could have hooked up my own water hose to the water heater and called it a day....what Patrick did was not worth paying $300 bucks....period....

SEND AN UPDATED INVOICE THAT STATES $0.00 TO PROVE THIS JOB WAS DONE FOR FREE....AND I WILL RE RATE YOUR COMPANY AND TAKE OFF ANY COMPLAINT ELSEWHERE....
