This is the second time I've used Joshua's tree service. He trimmed and fed my large ash back in 2024, it was healthy and beautiful that whole year! I should have had him come in 2025 to feed but I thought I could do it myself. My tree did not do well in the 2025 heat and it developed a little insect problem. Don't do it yourself! I asked him to come and assess my ash for insects and feeding. He is very knowledgeable about trees, and explained some of the things that were going on with my tree, and how he could tell. I'm looking forward to a healthy tree this year. Fair pricing, too! Next year in the spring I'm not going to do this myself, I'm calling Joshua's!

He partners with his son, joshua Jr, who also does landscaping, Battle Castle. I had them put in some landscaping rock after Joshua Sr treated my tree. Excellent as well, but I'll leave a separate 5-star review for battle castle

If you want the best tree service no need to call anyone else. They will answer your call, not like the other ones that say they will call you back in 24 hours. Customer service is awesome. When they say they're going to show up they come. The price was also the best that you can get in Las Cruces NM

These guys did a great job pruning 2 mulberries by my pool. It’s a tight area, they were very professional and hauled off 1000 pounds of wood. They left everything clean. Thanks

Joshua is a very nice person. He arrived while I was gone and when I got home he had already gotten a good start on one tree. He replaced an antisiphon valve on the front watering system. He will be back this week to fix the back system. I will hire him again.

What a true blessing it was meeting Josh and Jasmine today. We are going through a very difficult time and they came to my house and helped us without hesitation. If you need tree service, these two are the only people I highly recommend. Thank you guys so much!!! 🙏

We are new in town. I had some trees I needed removed from our new place but after talking to some of the "tree guys" here pulling a few trees was starting to feel like pulling teeth. But then I called Josh and he was available, priced the work right, did a thorough job and cleaned up entirely when done. I have hired many contractors and I know it is not everyday you find someone this conscientious. Like I said I talked to some other tree guys in town and I wish I had called Josh first and saved a lot of time. He took out two Afghan Pines (bonus: he identified what was killing them and treated my remaining trees for fungus for free - another "expert" missed that big time). And he left the yard cleaner than he found it. In the short time I've been here I dealt with a few contractors that soured me but Josh renewed my faith in people. He knows what he is doing, remains humble and beats expectations. A good dude...Hire him without hesitation!

Joshua and his team are great at what they do and just as importantly they are prompt, responsive and fair. Joshua took great care of my trees which were mangled by Asplundh, he cleaned them up and fed them and cleared away the branches right away. I highly recommend him!

From the estimate to the job to the clean up... Joshua, Joshua Jr & their crew, did it perfectly.
These guys are absolutely professional while doing it at a very competitive & reasonable price.
Will be employing them again without question.

Joshua and crew did a great job pruning our large oak and pistache. He was prompt, professional and efficient. Everything was cleaned up perfectly. We will definitely be calling on Joshua again in the future!

Joshua and his crew did a wonderful job and charged a fair price. I would highly recommend his services for tree removal and/or anything related to yard maintenance. I'll have them come back for more work in the future.

Quick, fast, effective and very professional. Tended to a mature cottonwood tree in a timely manner and made it look like they were never even there. Highly reccomended.

Update April 2023: We called Joshua to trim a large Ash tree. He did a wonderful job trimming up and shaping the tree. There was one very large branch that needed to be removed for fear of breaking off and falling on the RV I park in this spot. Everything cleaned up after the job. Hard workers, I highly recommend.

We had a micro-burst in our area that knocked down a mexican elder tree. We had it removed by Joshua in a quick and professional manner. Good price too!

I reached out to Joshua's Tree service for a trim on all our overgrown landscaping bushes. They were professional, friendly, and came out so quickly! They also checked my irrigation and the watering schedule. Will absolutely use their service again and I Highly Highly reccomend them for any landscaping needs!

I have an old home in an older neighborhood in Las Cruces. One of the Afghan Pines that were popular years ago is planted in my front yard and it’s gorgeous. It’s gigantic though. So with all these heavy winds lately, I’ve been scared that it might Fall or drop a big branch on my house.

So if you have the same fears about your large pine tree. You need to hire these guys. They are excellent they are affordable. I’m trying to get you before and after pictures to load. ( i’m having trouble with the before video) These are the after pictures

I feel much safer now and I know you will too and look at how gorgeous the tree is. I can’t say enough about them. They’re a great team, Joshua, his son, Joshua, and their helper.

Joshua removed 3 very large pines located next to the house. The crew removed the trees without incident, ground down the stumps and cleaned up nicely. The crew performed additional work on over grown shrubs. Grass in the yard is also being reworked.

Good communication,got the job done very quickly and left the place nice and clean. I would recommend them and use them again.

2026...We made an appointment for them to come out on a tues. They did not show up. He said he thought it was for wednesday, wanted to reschedule for thursday. I said, well, if you thought it was wednesday, we'll keep it for wednesday. They came out, did a great job taking out this old stump, replanting a tree. However, he was supposed to come back and remove some things out of the yard. Once again, he did not show up. We Rescheduled for a thursday. Once again for the third time he did not show up. I called three times in two days, and I still have yet to hear back from him. So in general, they do great work when they show up. Good luck getting them there. He still has not returned any calls or messages. I would not use them again. Your word is doesn't mean anything if you dont stand by it.

So I guess I'm a liar or hacker. Really! That's ok, the guys in the Green trucks CALLED me back. Came out looked at my real tree in the back yard gave me an estimate, and are getting my business.

They removed a tree and replaced it with another tree but it went into transplant shock. They said they would replace it but never came back. We are not happy with their service.
