Chase Mechanical was a pleasure to work with from the initial quote to finished job. There was excellent communication throughout the entire process, all staff were friendly and the install of my new HVAC unit was flawless. This was one of the best experiences I have had and will definitely be using their services again with all my home improvement! Definitely recommend and would give 10 stars if I could.

Chase is always honest with me and always a better price than his competitors and never lies about the repair that has to be done like other people do Wagner gave me a quote Of 2000 saying that my AC was broken, but chase fixed it for a 150 bucks. You can trust Adrian, he's a good guy.

I have used Chase for several projects. The latest was installing a mini split. They showed up on time and completed the entire project in about three hours. Great job, the mini split works great. I will use Chase again if I have any other HVAC projects. Technicians are very knowledgeable, respectful, and fast. I have no problem recommending Chase Mechanical to friends and family.

We highly recommend Chase Mechanical. They replaced our old HVAC which was 20 years old. Chase's estimate was $4000 cheaper than the other company estimate we received. Chase personnel in the office as well as the service crew were excellent. Everyone was kind, respectful, and efficient.

Chase Mechanical recently came out and replaced our 20 year old a/c and furnace. I also had them move my condenser unit off my roof and placed on the ground. Chase Mechanical replaced two rooftop AC/Heat units on our home this summer when our old one's were going out. They got everything craned up and installed quickly. The crew was very polite and good at communicating. I have been very happy with all interactions. Now that it was time to turn the heat on, I had a question and they stopped by the next morning to make sure I was taken care of. These guys are the best, and it's great to work with a local contractor that really cares about treating customer well.

Extremely happy with this company and everyone involved were friendly and helpful. The technician arrived on time. He was actually early. Great job! Five stars are not enough. Will definitely use them again.

I am severely handicapped, and I called Chase Mechanical (CM) after having a large Albuquerque name HVAC company come out.
Chase Mechanical did an outstanding job.
(i). On time,
(ii). Professional and knowledgeable,
(iii). Corrected my problem immediately,
(iiii). Cleaned up around themselves and "thanked me." I was "thanking" them as CM fixed my problem, that the other company [I will leave nameless] wanted more money and had not diagnosed my problem.
(v). Chase Mechanical's well dressed plumber scoped out the area of concern and he drilled right in and knew what it was and I received a "fare" price.
Do not search up and down, "Google" this company is a one stop shop.

Chase replaced an old gas furnace for us in February 24. We called on a Friday they were done Monday or Tuesday.

Everything works flawlessly. Today I serviced my swamp cooler for the season and was pleasantly surprised to see that my new furnace had a damper that was easy to access and utilize.

I would highly recommend them for any thing they do. The crew was professional and pleasant to work with, as well as the office staff.

Chase Mechanical came and installed a new AC unit at our home and they did a fantastic job! I can’t say enough good things about this company! They were quick to come and provide us a quote and had a quick turnaround on installation! Their pricing was amazing! Their workers were extremely professional and helpful with all the questions I had! Even if it was way after business hours the owner was willing to take the time to answer any questions or concerns I had. I highly recommend this company!! You will not be disappointed!

Update: Adrian called me within minutes of posting my review. He was very understanding of the situation and the review. He was happy to remedy the situation, and I can truly say this company has gone above and beyond for me. It’s really nice to find a company like that. I highly recommend these guys.
When the main office called me back, I made sure to ask if they offered free estimates. I was told they offer estimates. (I should have paid better attention to that) When Robert came over to look at the unit, he was absolutely wonderful. He explained what he was doing, and what the readings meant. He informed me that the unit needed refrigerant. I expected as much. I asked how much the refrigerant would cost, and how many pounds the unit would need. I was told that the refrigerant would cost $X per pound, plus the service charge. So I figured that with one pound and a service charge, it shouldn’t be that expensive. Well, three pounds later, the bill was well over $600. I was never told the service cost, and wasn’t asked if going over one pound would be ok. I really feel there could have been better communication.

Chase mechanical is always really great to deal with. They were able to come out and get the job done fast and efficiently with short notice. The technicians are always professional and keep a clean job site and get the job done right. I wasn’t able to be there but Robert kept me updated with pictures of everything that was done.

So happy with Chase Mechanical! They were prompt, reliable and kept us informed. Robert was great and had our faucet fixed in just a few minutes. Will definitely be using them in the future.

Very friendly and professional young men. I just got my swamp cooler serviced for the summer, and they even helped me out by going to the crawl space to turn off the furnace. Easy to contact, and flexible when something came up and I needed to reschedule.

Ace was an excellent technician very knowledgeable and explained everything. I would recommend Chase for your cooling and heating system issues and maintenance!
