My air wen down yesterday it was 90 in my house I called jd this morning explained the situation and Mike was at my house 2hourse later and had my refrigerated air back up and running in quick minute. Thank you guys for your great service and saving my family from this heat wave going on God bless

I have used J D Zents to install new furnace, convert from swamp cooler to central air, install sheet metal ducts and convert tankless hot water heater. Outstanding performance and customer service on all aspects.

I called the JD Zentz to fix a leak on my swamp cooler. My call was routed to the owner, and when I spoke with him he was very disorganized. I spoke with him at length on what my problem was and told him that I need to leak to be located and stopped. I got a call from him telling me that they did not locate the leak, consequently no fix to the leak was made. When i confronted him about this he told me that the job was not worth his time. My question is; then why tell me that he could locate and repair the problem.

Terrible customer service!!!

Worst company to deal with ever!!! Does not return calls or service equipment that they installed. I wouldn't recommend them to anyone.

I've never used them and I never will. Their people have serious road rage issues. I don't want someone like that in my home.

I called JD Zentz to give me a quote on an install of 2 hvac units on my house. It seemed like a long tiime (3 weeks) to get a quote on the job. I called and spoke with Laura at the office a couple of times. She seemed rude and argumentative with me. I asked her not to argue with me as this was a quote. 2 days later, after wasting 3 weeks on the quote, she sent me an unsigned email stating they wouldn't be doing the job after all. Now I see why they have so many negative reviews.
