I purchased a new, all electric, manufactured home with the understanding that I could get a separate meter connection or connect it to my existing electrical panel. After being told by county/PNM that I could not, it became a very confusing, difficult and costly situation.

Richard did a very good job dealing with and coordinating with the county inspector, manufactured housing division inspectors and PNM to make it happen smoothly.

Richard is very knowlegable and made me feel at ease through out this whole process, he was punctual and honest, this is hard to come by these days, I am very pleased with the job he did and would recommend his electrical services to anyone!

If you need a very competent electrician and one that does not have the "mañana" mentality of some of the Santa Fe businesses, look no further than Richard. He ran a 220V line for our new tankless water heater and he just finished up some problems we were having with a whole section of our house not having power.....mice had chewed through some wiring! He found the exact spot where the wire was severed first try with his troubleshooting equipment.

Richard has performed many services at Eldorado Community Improvement Association and is a preferred vendor for us. His work is impeccable, keeps the work space clean and always communicates regarding progress. I would highly recommend Richard for any job.

I live out of state and the tenants reported an electrical problem. Richard made himself available on short notice right before Christmas. He went above and beyond in his troubleshooting and got the problem fixed. He promptly answered calls and texts, and explained what he did and/or needs to be done. If you're in a jam, Richard is the one to call!

He did phenomenal work for us twice. First time upgrading our service. Second time doing some wiring for additional lights. Reasonable rates. Professional and easy to work with. Highly recommend him.

Update: we brought him back for a third time. He re-wired our garage. Again easy to use, great price and done professionally with a good attitude.

Wow. Richard was my angel today. I had a small electrical fire in my wall and couldn't turn the power back on until I had an electrician make it safe. He was great. Came quickly, worked efficiently and charged a fair price.
