Prompt, courteous and professional. I had them work on some difficult issues at my business, and they were beyond thorough. I would not hesitate to use them again, either at my business or my home.

My Rinnai combination boiler-hot water system shutdown due to a failed sensor. Larry and Rory responded quickly to my distress call. They diagnosed the problem, arranged to have the replacement sensor overnighted from manufacturer through their local supplier, and returned to complete the repair as soon as the sensor arrived. LJL is rewiring the electric our entire house to bring up to modern standards. This is a large job and they have been excellent throughout the process. They are also working on our plumbing issues. I have hired LJL for the last 6 years. They communicate very well, keeping us posted on progress and do very fine work that is reasonably priced. I am very comfortable with them and will continue to use LJL as we modernize our home. I have complete confidence in the team and I highly recommend them; they are good people.

I needed to have a drain installed to finish up a bathroom/shower project. The owner was able to come out within am hour of calling him and installed a new drain in 30 minutes. Fair pricing, will use again. Just Had Larry do more work for me, He had to put in a new electrical cable, A sort of big job. They did good work and got my house back up and running. Can not than them enough.

My husband and I have been going to LJL for years for electrical and heating repair work. It is great having a local handy man we can rely on. Larry and Rory are prompt and professional. They complete their work quickly and thoroughly, and have gotten us out of more than one emergency. Most recently, our heater stopped working right before a storm was coming in. Rory was there within 10 minutes and the heat was back on 20 minutes later. I couldn't have asked for better!

LJL recently installed a air conditioner for me. Larry was friendly and answered all my questions. Larry and Rory are hard workers and did a great job. Larry always answered my phone calls in a timely manner. I would recommend them to anyone.

Doesn’t have the proper health or support to justify charging by the hour. I was billed $1,700 to reconnect a generator and replace a wire. He repeatedly contacted me shortly before his scheduled arrival time to reschedule, after I had already rearranged my work schedule. It took over a month to finish the job, and the generator was still not working. While the work looked neat, the wiring was done backward. I ended up hiring another company to fix it - they completed the job quickly and efficiently.
