Heater went down while my husband was out on a weekend snowmobiling trip, he gave me Precisions number and they showed up within 2hrs and fixed our furnace yet again! Without my husband being here, Mike made me feel at ease and ok with someone in the house. Thank you Mike for your help and for getting my furnace up and running so fast, and for helping to me be at ease!

Mike, is a master of his craft, thoughtful and meticulous. Complete instal of a new furnce and AC unit , all in the same day at fractions of what the "Big Guys" quoted! No questions if you need something one this is the place to call.

Mike was fabulous. He explained what his proposal consisted of, why he proposed what did, then did exactly what he said he would do. He also did it in the time he said he would. And the installation was a work of art with the ducting neatly laid out.

This guy is great, on time, friendly, reasonably priced. He really helped me out in a pinch. Will definitely use again and highly recommend

I cannot say enough GREAT things about Mike and his crew. Not only was Precision quick to help us in a time of need (no heat in December with a baby in the house), but he was SO HELPFUL. He gave us tips on how to keep up on everything , how to prepare for an AC unit we wanted for the future, and really made us feel like he cared about us. Precision also installed our water heater, this went seamlessly. We went with Mike again for our AC unit and WOW, it looks stunning. He took his time and did everything right, the FIRST time. Again, he checked in to see how everything was going and gave us tips on how to keep our energy bill down and to keep everything running efficiently. What I love is the care, attention, precision, and follow though they have. It seems a lot of companies are lacking some of these features, these characteristics are STRONG here. We have a log home with base board heating and not a lot of walls for duck work. For years we have been using window air conditioners. We thought we couldn't have central air. We called Mike and he came over and gave us hope. He installed two different systems due to the lack of inside walls. Mike does his own duck work and let me tell you he is awesome, neat and very professional and super clean. I come home now and say it every day it's awesome feeling the house is so comfortable in every room. Thanks so much Mike! Your awesome!

I would highly recommend Precision Heating and Cooling. Mike is extremely knowledgeable, honest, professional, friendly, clean, and precise. We have a baseboard heating/boiler heating system, which made it difficult to install central air conditioning. Mike is an expert in his craft, knowing the best way to make it possible and was able to finally give us central air!! Being 8m pregnant in the summer, I am very grateful to have central air! And my husband is too! His custom ductwork and the system is very neatly done and is working great. No need to look any further for your guy! Precision Heating and cooling are the best!

Mike Nichols - the owner, did a top notch job from the time he came over to evaluate the leaking from my 28 yr old furnace, estimate repair cost and options to replace it, to doing the actual install yesterday with his associate Rick. Extremely professional, polite, personable, thorough, extremely detailed resulting in a very, very clean install. Mary from Mike’s office is also very friendly and efficient! Adding to the review I did in December 2023 after the furnace install. Today (5/23/2024) Precision Heating & Cooling installed the new air conditioner as it needed to wait for the warner weather. Once again, Mike Nichols and his assistant did a top-notch job. Completed it within the estimated time window, very clean job from the furnace to the outside AC unit. Due to Mike's obsession with ensuring any wires, pipes etc he installs are very neatly tied down, he even tied down some long hanging cable wires I had just resting on the hanging ceiling. Now all tightly, neatly secured!! Highly recommend Mike Nichols and his company.

Mike is an absolute beast and the most talented contractor I've ever had. You won't find a harder working, more honest or experienced HVAC technician in the business for installation, repair and fabrication.

I wish there were 6 stars instead of 5! My furnace was close to 25 years old and I started out on my journey to find and choose an HVAC business to replace my furnace, A/C and hot water tank. I got 3 estimates and interacted with 3 different business owners. Mike from Precision Heating was the standout! His knowledge, expertise, and caring tone made me feel completely at ease. Additionally, across 3 estimates the equipment he was offering to install was of a higher grade than the other 2 companies. A quality business, using quality materials? Sign me up! I did just that and Mike did an amazing job installing all three and everything looks great. I'm SO glad I chose Precision and I know you will be too. Thanks for everything Mike and Mary!

Got the number for this company from a friend. Called later at night on a Friday, due to furnace not operating. He showed up the next morning at the time he told me and With the parts store being closed he couldn't do much at that time which was out of his control. He had a perfect diagnosis and was reasonably priced and did the work with guarantee. Due to age of my Hvac system in the spring I will be using Mike's company to replace my whole system in the spring. Ive never felt so at ease with a contractor in my life. Very confident in his work and knowledgeable, and guarantees his work as well! Would recommend to anyone.

I could not recommend a business more!!
My husband and I are fairly new homeowners, so when our 28 year old furnace broke down, we had no idea what to do. We immediately called "big name" HVAC companies in the area who were expensive, deceitful, dishonest, and unemphathetic. That led us on a hunt for someone local who we could trust, which led us to Precision. I could not be more thankful for finding them. Mary (at the office) was emphatic and efficient. Mike (the owner) was too, empathetic, efficient, honest, and informative. He provided us with all information we needed to know and recommended what was best for us and necessary to be done (compared to the other companies who seemingly wanted to take advantage of new homeowners with older home systems.. including ones we don't have issues with and weren't calling about). He got the job done extremely quick, which I could not be more thankful for as we are approaching a severe cold advisory! After what initially seemed like a nightmare, we are now counting our blessings.
