Not only did they return my call quickly, but they came right over and luckily had the part needed right on their truck and had it fixed for a fair price in no time at all! My furnace quit working & Don's was prompt & arrived at the time he said he would. He got my furnace running again, explained the issue, replaced the part, cleaned & oiled the furnace, checked everything else out & only charged me for replacing the part. I will definetly be using him again. He didn't try to sell
me a new furnace or do any unessary repairs. He was honest about the issue. A few years ago I had another service do a winter check on the furnace & they didn't even clean & oil it & charged me an arm & a leg.

Furnace went out during the bitter cold and Don and Doug showed up earlier than I was expecting and got it back up and running. Very knowledgable, friendly guys who provide top notch service. I highly recommend them for your heating and cooling needs!

I would highly recommend these guys to anyone, great father son duo. Very friendly and knowledgeable, fixed my faulty boiler pump within an hour. Very very very reasonable on pricing for their work. I will only be calling them any future problems/issues.

Both father and son are extremely knowledgeable when it comes heating and A/C systems. They are not salesmen as some companies are. They will be straight forward with you about the issue at hand and don't upsell you on unneeded extras. I got my furnace replaced at nearly half the cost of other major companies and they did an excellent, clean job. Don will even register your unit for you afterwards so you have a full warranty on it. Also pulled together a mail-in rebate for me to get some extra cash back. Very friendly guys with 20-40 years experience who will talk you through every option you have. Highly recommend using Don's to service your home.

Absolutely first-rate work! I had a furnace that was not lighting, and it was out of my ability to repair it, and I called them to fix it. I called them Friday morning and received a call back from the techs to find out better details of my issue. They came out later to see what was going on that same day, and diagnosed a serious ventilation issue (it was originally improperly vented up an adjacent chimney... definitely not up to code! That's how it was in the house before I moved in, so someone who did it before cut corners.) They didn't have the proper supplies to fix it right then, but since it was going to be warmer that weekend, I agreed that they could put it off until Monday. However, their next job they had they were unable to do anything for that client, and since they had no other jobs to do afterwards, they came back with the piping they needed, and promptly did the repair! So not only did they run a proper vent pipe outside, they also quickly found my issue with my furnace (a broken igniter) and repaired it quickly! All in all, they were there less than 2 hours, cleaned up all of their mess that was generated, and had my furnace working once again, on the same day! And despite it being a same day call, they could have easily billed it as an emergency call, but didn't, this was another routine repair call. And I'll tell you... I had sticker shock when I got the bill. And not the bad sticker shock, either.... I was expecting to easily shell out over $1000 for an emergency repair and re-venting.... it ended up being under $300!!!!! (Yes, under!!!) I could not be happier, the guys were great and not judgmental, they just fixed what needed to be done to get the furnace running again! I hope I never need emergency service again, but they will be my only call the next time I do! Great job!!! And a huge thank you once again! You will not be disappointed if you need their expertise!

I had an issue with my air conditioning unit. They were very polite, informative and efficient on getting the problem solved! I would highly recommend them and will definitely be using them in the future! Thank you to a job well done!

Don and Doug have been apart of our lives since before I could talk. Don has serviced my parents house for over 35 years and now his son Doug has taken over and stepped right into his dads shoes. I can’t say enough good things about Doug. He has always been super helpful. He came to my house on a cold Sunday morning when my pilot light went out, he answers my texts when I send him videos of things not working, and today he sold me a part for $60 and saved us $8000. I appreciate him so much and hope other people are able to experience the good work and service he gives to his customers and friends! Thank you Doug!
