FJR is old-school reliable. They showed up on time and did the job right, fixing my 20-year-old gas boiler. Now my heating works like new again.

We were blown away by Fred's expertise - multiple other companies had given up on fixing our faulty oil burner, but he was confident it could be repaired. When the previous plumber said Freddie was the only one who could fix it, we knew we'd found the right guy. Within hours, Fred had it running like new and we've had no issues since then, a year later. He's also done two more jobs for us with ease: installing a sink and toilet, both times without any problems. Great service from great people!

The receptionist, Jennifer, was utterly unhelpful and rude. She consistently hung up on me during our interactions and threatened me after I paid for services that weren't delivered as promised. Despite requesting to speak with Fred, she refused to put me in touch with him. When I called to report the issues with the job at my establishment, I was met with complete silence. The whole experience was a waste of time and extremely frustrating.
