We called Dave on a non emergency issue. He promptly returned my call and showed up at my home the next morning. In short order he diagnosed the problem and helped us get it fixed. I highly recommend Dave, he is a consummate pro!!!!

Within a few hours of my call, Tony came out, snaked my line, and solved the problem. He explained everything and was extremely pleasant. I highly recommend Dr. Rooter and would definitely use them again should the need arise.

Highly recommend!! We had a clogged drain backing up into our house and Dave responded promptly and came out quickly to service it. His work was thorough and neat, and he cleared everything up for us! Great guy!

Dr Rooter was very responsive and was able to come the same day to address the back up I was having in my bathroom sink. The technician was very pleasant and professional.

I got their information from my plumbeer (Mike @ JIMCO Plumbing) this morning and called. They (Dave) responded almost immediately and was at my house within half an hour. He worked on the sewer line for 3.5 hours. He had to call in someone who will have to do work outside as well. Dave left the house as clean as possible and kept me apprised of what was going on at all times. I cannot recommend Dr. Rooter enough. They are the best!!

I'd like to thank Dr Rooter for coming to my rescue. Nick did a great job. He was fast and professional. He cleaned up after he was finished. And we did test the drain line to see if we had other issues. Again, thanks for your help.

Dr. Rooter here in Rockland County was wonderful to work with. They responded right away to my call. Their technician was knowledgeable, professional, and very nice and accommodating. I will definitely keep using them.

Very quick and polite callback after initial inquiry to make appointment. Had to cancel due to snow and they were very patient and accommodating regarding the rescheduling of appointment. The worker, "Nick" that showed up was very polite. He had some challenges due to my house being old but handled everything with zero complaints. Very satisfied and would recommend.

Excellent experience. Responded to my house to clear a blocked drain in less than 15 minutes. Clog was cleared quickly. Dave was friendly, knowledgeable and professional.

They were highly recommended from my plumber.
I called to get my main sewer line cleaned for maintenance. Dave called me back quickly and was very kind when he came by. He was able to answers all my questions and service my main line with ease.

From start to finish, the best. We have a bathroom sink & tub, that frankly, hadn't worked in 20 years, that needed to be cleared in my Moms house. Dave came to the house on time, had the sink cleared in 15 minutes ( galvanized pipe) and the tub took a little more. Punctual, polite, neat. We are extremely happy, we recommend Dave & Dr. Rooter all day long.

They even suggested that the more expensive service that I was looking to get was unnecessary and recommended a service that saved me at least 300 bucks Would totally recommend them to anybody who is in need of their service
