I recently hired Konstant Konstruction to do a renovation in my apartment. The owner came out to measure and price out the work. He was very professional and knowledgeable on what I needed done. Their workers did an amazing job and finished the work on time. I would highly recommend Konstant Konstruction to anyone.

I used Konstant for the renovation of a cooperative apartment in Bayside, Queens. The work, professionalism & attention to detail was great even when we had to switch contractors last second, the owner Gus pulled through & wrote up the plans quickly & thoroughly! My clients” new apartment is picturesque & beautifully done. From the owner to the workers everyone is just as wonderful to work with thanks Konstant!

Extremely happy with all the work he did in my home. Very professional detailed work and very hard working to make sure everything was perfect. Put all new doors throughout the house new granite kitchen new floors 3 new bathrooms painted our whole home. Highly recommend thank you for all your time patience and hard work.

As an Interior designer, you need a contractor who you can trust and get the job done well in a timely fashion. Gus and his team at Konstant will do that for you. No is not an answer, as they get through any unexpected hurdles. I have been working with them for the past 7 years and he has become my first call for the Upper East Side. Gus is fair with his pricing and the clients love the finished product. Works for me!

We have used Gus and team's service for the past 2 years. During this time, we have never let me down. Great company, delivering a super reliable and professional service. Their standards of work and care are extremely high and consistent with my uncompromising expectation. I unreservedly lend my strong recommendation to Konstant NYC.

Go elsewhere. I rarely leave negative reviews. However I need to tell homeowners my horrific experience with Konstant. I hired Konstant to do substantial work in my nyc apt (3 bathrooms kitchen). Gus the owner was confrontational, did shoddy work, left work undone and refused to fix mistakes. Specifically, they put in a drop ceiling that was not on the plans, and Gus refused to correct; installed a toilet so close to the wall you can’t sit on it and it doesn’t pass building code, Gus refuse to correct; installed a shower 6in wider than plans, put in cheap baseboards, ruined my kitchen cabinets when installed incorrectly, pu in wall that are slanted instead of straight, dented my new Subzero, scratched my Wolf stove, dented 14 of new kitchen cabinets, scratched my new marble floors (Bc they didn’t properly protect) and Gus would not fix damages. Electrician overloaded the lighting circuits, it did not pass code, and buried existing wiring and circuits in the walls. Gus was hot-headed and refused to fix, so I’m left with potentially dangerous electrical wiring. It gets worse, Gus took my wallpaper (I bought) off-site and my cabinet doors off-site and refuses to return my property. I’ve paid 98% of contract plus change orders that I did not ask for or approve. There is wallpapering, painting, plumbing, electrical left - Gus walked off the job.
