For over 40 yrs. They could not have been more helpful. They have the most knowledgeable counter help in the business. The owner is a class act. I would recommend going and patronizing this business on a daily basis.

Expert and quick service from these guys. This is my second visit and they've steered me perfectly each time. Not only did the gentleman tell me exactly which pipes to purchase based off of my photos, but he also instructed me which piece to use scrap from to create a needed extension. Sure, I would've likely figured that out, but he went the extra bit to make sure I was on the right path before I left the store and didn't sell me an extra pipe instead.

I can not say enough good things about this place. If you need any plumbing parts, this is the place to go to. They are very knowledgeable and price is reasonable.

Worst service ever. The owner is arrogant and rude, Gives attitude if you ask anything. Clearly doesn't care about customers or business. Terrible.

My experience calling here was the phone call seemed to take forever aside from that they don't give over the phone quotes what's the point of driving all the way to your store to find out the price of something in this day in age ridiculous

rude, rude and rude! the guy kept saying "we're a plumbing supply store" yes I know that, the name makes that clear - that's why I'm calling ahead of time to ask if you sell the parts I need!

I run a nice size plumbing company and called Bayside Plumbing Suoply to see if they had an item that a distributer told me they might have.

The salesman I spoke to was very rude. I asked what type of plumbing items they sell and he reacted like I asked him if he sold cars.

I wouldn’t go to this supply house if they were the last plumbing supply house left in NY
