Boiler was down. No heat or hot water. Maxwell staff was able to fix when every other vendor said the entire system had to be replaced. The staff is ALWAYS friendly, knowledgeable, and willing to go above and beyond. Maxwell will always have me as a customer.

Special things to Veronica and Frank, who are always very helpful and of course to all their plumbers for being responsive and professional.

Been working with this company for a while now. Very professional and courteous, guys know their stuff. All the plumbers I’ve worked with so far speak highly of the owner. I’ve had great experiences with everyone, especially Allen and Mikael(sp?) and Thomas.

Really good and professional service

Maxwell Plumb Mechanical Corp did an outstanding job. They are very professional, they answered me in a timely manner, they followed me and kept me informed at every single step with D.O.B and Con Edison. They excelled where others had failed. End of a nightmare

We have an old largely jerry-rigged a/c unit. This makes servicing difficult at times. trevor showed a lot of knowledge and most importantly tenacity in approaching our problems. He refused to give up an the unit is now running as we hope. I would be delighted to have him hndle any a/c issues in the future-Fred Cohen

My hot water tank failed and they had a tech at my house rapidly. After arriving and determining exactly what was needed the tech left and returned about an hour later with a new tank and all the necessary parts to get me hot water all in the same day. Their work was very clean and at a great price!!!

Great response time and even better service

I have never written a review on any company but just had to about Maxwell Plumbing. Should you ever have a plumbing issue (or emergency like I did) Maxwell Plumbing should be your first call (and only call). The customer service was over the top from the get go - big thanks to Anita, Kim & Cynthia! They fit me in to their very busy schedule and the tech Matthew was not only so kind and professional but he did a wonderful job! Thanks guys!

I had a valve replacement in my main bathroom James D. and his partner came in and gave me a clear assessment of what the issues are, how they were going to handle it, and how many hours it will take to repair it. The work was clean, well done, they cleaned up after themselves and it took less hours than anticipated. Excellent job!!
