We have had 2 heat pumps installed and they are life changing! They warm our space with a much smaller cost to us than the propane heat we had before. And it’s super easy to use. They were installed super quickly, professionally, and with good communication.

Our previous heating system struggled to keep up in the winter and was prone to failure. Noah recommended a Mitsubishi heat pump install which he and his team put in just before the long spell of extremely cold weather. The install was quick and efficient and the heat pump has been very effective at keeping us warm in -ve temperatures. Very glad we went with Noah’s recommendation and extremely satisfied with the prompt and clean install.

Our boiler had been having issues for over a year and we knew we needed to replace it. N&N installed a Mitsubishi heat pump which is now both our AC and heat. We are happy with the performance so far.

N&N came over on short notice and advised on exactly what we needed to do. Extremely knowledgeable. Unlike other HVAC contractors, they weren’t trying to force me / scare me into unnecessary work but rather do what is best and most economical. I would highly recommend.

Wow. The guys from N&N spent 3+ hours in my house trying to diagnose a heating and thermostat issue, which has gone unsolved for years. They were the ones to finally figure it out and told me that 1) the risk was not worth the reward to try to fix right now given the deep freeze coming and 2) that another type of professional is probably better suited to deal with it given the issue. And then they did the unthinkable - they didn't charge me a penny for their time even though they did finally find the root cause of the issue and knowing they weren't going to be the ones to be able to do the eventual work. Although I guess I was never technically a client of theirs, I couldn't recommend the guys enough.

I checked Nextdoor for a referral for an HAVC service providers to get an annual service contact. One of the neighbors recommended N&N Heating and Cooling. I am glad I called them. Noah came over to home the next day to check out the system. During the check, one of the old thermostats accidentally stopped working. He went out of his way and spent hours to get it fixed. He didn’t charge me not he tried to sell me anything. Very knowledgeable, not an untrained technician. I highly recommend this company.

Excellent work installing my cooling system! It was a difficult job due to some architectural quirks, and N&N did superlative work. Very easy to schedule an appointment, good prices. I recommend them highly! A+++!!

N & N HVAC did a superb job for my heat pump units installation 👍. Both are easy to work with and very knowledgeable from the initial design all the way to installation and completion. Plus they carry the best heat pump in the market, Mitsubishi.

The best experience ever. Everything you want when it comes to servicing your hvac system. From the start of the encounter I can tell right away, both Noah and Nathan,were cordial and knowledgeable. They are excellent listeners who seek to identify the problem and address issues pertinent to the customer, such as the most cost effective way to do the job. They trouble shot my system for hours identifying and fixing problems. Both gentlemen seem to really enjoy their work. I will 100 percent have them back to maintain my system, and address whatever issues presents itself.

We just bought a very old house in the area with an inefficient heating system. This winter has been brutal because the heat just wasn't cutting it so we've been freezing but on top of that our NYSEG bill was astronomical (I actually cried when I saw the amount we were being charged). N&N came by the next day and diagnosed several issues with our system and made really great suggestions/fixes to get our heating costs down and to warm the house up. They were also very nice and professional and clean! We could not recommend them more

They were also really helpful by suggesting possible tax incentive adjustments we could make to the house to get some money back.
