The gentleman was perfectly delightful. He was knowledgeable, efficient, very polite and charming to chat with. He cleared my main cesspool line for a reasonable price despite having to get in a small crawl space and never tried to add extras on. I would highly recommend him.

John was great! In a pinch he came through (in less than an hour) and resolved the back up in my sewer. Friendly and reliable. Will definitely use again in the future.

Our pipes were clogged and our drains were backing up. Johnny came to our home and fixed it by unclogging our main pipe in the basement . He was an absolute pleasure to work with and he was very knowledgeable about what we should do to prevent it from happening again. I don't usually write review - unless it is really bad or really good. Every time when there's issues at the house, we panic and google to find someone. I will definitely call Johnny back if there's issue with plumbing. He came to our rescue on Sunday afternoon. He communicated to us about what time he can come and text me when he was on his way. After describing what happened, he immediately know what caused the issue and fixed it. He also explained to us what we can do to prevent it. Really appreciate his professionalism.

Called for an issue with backing up on a Saturday night. Came out quick,I was next stop, and cleared my drain in the winter cold. Johnny and Kevin were two of the greatest tradesmen I’ve ever had to deal with. Straight forward fair honest and left our house better than he arrived. I know a plumber if you need one, now.

My basement sump pump stoped working at 10 pm ,based on reviews I called Rooter man nbr at 10:30 pm .Johnny text me within 10 min ,next day (Sunday) he came and replaced the pump with 2 yrs warranty. Took him two hrs . Every thing was perfect he is professional and friendly, I will recommend him to my friends. Thank you Johnny.

Had a sewer backing up and needed someone fast, found Rooter Man online and they had great reviews so I decided to give them a shot. I was not disappointed. Fast response, excellent service, back up and running in a couple hours. Highly recommend.

Had a clog in a second floor bathroom. After extensive work to try and clear the clog it was determined to be a damaged pipe in the basement. Johnny was very clear about what needed to be done and showed me exactly where the problem was. He returned a second day and worked continuously to properly replace the pipe. Every effort was made to leave all areas as clean as possible after completion.
He was professional, friendly and empathic to my concerns. And I can say the same regarding his two assistants. His fee was what I considered more than fair!
Definately give them a call and feel comfortable that you made the right decision.

I had the pleasure of having services provided by this company. I initially communicated with Johnny via text. First let me say how personable and professional Johnny is he came out explained what needed to be done and gave me an estimate which I felt was reasonable. I was going to get additional estimates but I felt comfortable with going with him. We scheduled an appointment, he came on time did his thing and saved the day. He also charged me a lower price than the estimate. I appreciate his time and his work, I'm glad to say I have someone I can call if any plumbing issues arise in the future. This company is worth every dime, you will not regret it.

Always on time great job and friendly service. I had them unclog my toilet and they had to remove it, after they removed the toilet they had to snake it. I had them also replace a toilet bowl for me.
