It all started with trying out a new place for heating maintenance and during the maintenance, I discovered how lax the previous service from the other company was. Aaspen was very thorough and so we had Aaspen install our new heating system which took a day compared to other quotes I received who told me it would take 2 days (had the original huge boiler from the house, circa 1969). Definitely recommend.
Above was my old review about my boiler. I had Aaspen install our updated AC unit this year. So it's been 3 years ongoing from my first heating system install with them, maintenance, and now AC. They are great, Joe is very thorough when he plans it out and everything else has been clockwork. Really happy.

We recently had Aaspen install a new heat pump system in our house and were very happy with the result. We got quotes from 5 or 6 different companies and Aaspen's quote was clearly the best option, both in terms of price and system design/quality of equipment. The install team was very professional and did an amazing job; everything about their work inspired confidence, and the results look great. We will undoubtedly call Aaspen for our next HVAC project.

Aaspen did a great job in replacing my old HVAC system. Very affordable, prompt service and a neat job. I would recommend Aaspen to anyone.

Over the summer we had an AC unit that failed and had Aaspen out to look at repair/replacement. After discussing with James and Joe we opted for total replacement on all units and I could not be happier with the job Aaspen did. They were always on time, courteous, detailed in their explanations, respectful of the property, and incredibly neat and clean. This autumn when our boiler stopped working we called Aaspen right away, and they did an amazing job replacing it for us(all replaced units were at the end of their functional lifespans, so replacement made much more sense than repair). I have only positive things to say about Aaspen and their crew and cannot recommend more highly. They are quick to respond, hard working, and in my opinion very fairly priced. We feel so fortunate to have found such a reliable company to take care of all our HVAC needs and look forward to working with Aaspen for all future projects.

I scheduled a repair visit with Aaspen HVAC and was pleasantly surprised with their excellent service. Ben arrived on time, was professional, honest and walked us through the whole process. He was knowledgeable and fixed the problem in a reasonable amount of time. I highly recommend Aaspen to anyone and look forward to working with them for all my future heating and cooling needs.

I am extremely happy with the work done by Aaspen. Aaspen is fast, reliable and communicates with customers during each stage of the repair process. They respond quickly, ascertain the problem, give you an estimate and time frame to complete the repair. Their charge to fix the unit was "less than one-half" the quoted price of a well-known company in Dutchess County AND Aaspen completed the repair in 4 business days!
Happily, I found Aaspen who did the repair as stated above. Love this company along with James the service tech and Irina who handled communications. Have and will continue to recommend them.

Read on to understand my rating and why I am extremely happy with their service.

I had to fire the company I had previously hired to do the same repair. This company strung me out for 22 business days. During the 22 days they NEVER contacted me as to the status of the work. I called several times only to be told the parts were on order and they would contact me when the parts were in and schedule a service date. After 20 business days I finally got hold of the service manager who gave me all kinds of excuses. He would call me back the next day after he made inquiries as to the delay. Never called. The following day I called and fired the company. No one even asked why! Guess they knew. Then I hired Aaspen!

With the economy the way it is, I needed a repair over replacing my whole system and Aaspen delivered! I have an older heat pump system in our master bedroom that's seen better days (like back in the 90's probably). It's been working on and off. Then not at all. I have had at least two companies look at this unit over the past few years. The system would work on and off again. I called Aaspen HVAC after a google search for 'HVAC repair' and they sent someone out. They did a true diagnostic (literally testing components, such as a capacitor to make sure it was working). They ended up repairing the system and for a few hundred dollars, and saved me from having to a buy a new $12K system, which I can't afford right now. Thank God for sending Aaspen!!

I've had 2 experiences with Aaspen. The first was a maintenance call. My AC coil was freezing up. The technician (Ben) was excellent. He was professional, courteous and knowledgeable. He explained the problem with my AC and repaired it.
Following that, I had a visit from Dave regarding the replacement of my system. He looked at everything (including the legacy problems), measured, took photos and explained all the options. I await a quote.
So far, my experiences with Aaspen have been excellent and I am hoping to use them for the replacement of my AC system.

Ben from Aaspen was awesome. On time, polite, knowledgeable, conscious of the home, floors, etc. Ben diagnosed our problem in short order, explained what was wrong, fixed it, and left us with a comfortable home. Absolutely recommended!

AASPEN HVAC exceeded my expectations. Ben came out for my annual tune-up and did a fantastic job—he was on time, professional, and took the time to explain everything he was doing. Scheduling was easy and the whole process was smooth from start to finish. I’m a first-time customer, but I’m confident I’ve found my new go-to HVAC company.

We have used Aaspen for many years. They installed the HVAC system in our previous house, with which we had zero problems. Our new house has an old system which they have have helped us repair twice. They respond quickly, are polite and efficient and well priced.

I recently had the pleasure of speaking with Irina at AASPEN HVAC, to schedule much needed duct work, in my very tight crawl space at my home. She was professional & courteous. I explained to her the importance of having major duct work performed & was pleased to have two great men, Serge & Nicolas arrive to perform their magic! It was not only a difficult crawl space, but they had to remove old duct work, replace new with the proper pitch & support. Amazing work. Also a big thank you to Ben who came initially who took measurements & pictures. All 3 men spoke to me & described what needed to be done in layman terms. I would highly recommend AASPEN HVAC without any reservation. Great company!

I manage a business in western Putnam County and our AC failed during a recent heat wave. We sell / stock many items sensitive to heat, including wine and chocolates. I called Aaspen at 8am on a Monday morning, and a tech arrived less than a few hours later. He was excellent, neat, explained everything he did, answered my (numerous, probably annoying) questions, and informed me of the cost of the repair after his diagnosis. I cannot think of one aspect of this transaction that did not exceed my expectations. I have worked with multiple HVAC companies, some good, some not. Aaspen was excellent. Highly recommend, and will be using them on the aging heat pump system at our home.
