An all around great experience with Beluga! My parent's heating system was not working properly and a technician familiar with their system arrived as promised, on time, same day. Dean was incredible! He is knowledgeable, courteous, and respectful. He took great care to explain in detail to my parents the source of the problem they were experiencing and their service options. All costs were communicated clearly and agreed upon before any work took place. Dean was in contact with the company owners to verify a proper resolution of a complex issue. We could not be happier with the service!

LIFESAVER. That’s the only word that comes to mind. It was brutally hot, the kind of heat that makes your walls sweat — and of course, that’s when my A/C decided to give out. Enter Donald from Beluga Heating Air & Electrical, and I honestly don’t know what I would’ve done without him.

Not only did he show up quickly, but he diagnosed the issue, explained everything clearly, and had the system back up and running in no time. You can tell Donald is a pro — and a veteran — which shows in his work ethic, attention to detail, and the pride he takes in helping people. He treated my home like his own and went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect.

If your A/C ever quits on you in the middle of a heat wave, pray Donald is the one who shows up. Can’t recommend him and the Beluga team enough.

Could not be happier with this company! We just had an air sourced heat pump installed in our home and we were very pleased with the entire process. Billy is honest, kind, very easy to communicate with, and keeps you in the know every step of the way. We like that it is a local family owned business because they were able to give the attention that a corporate company wouldn’t give and the price was reasonable.
The whole team was very respectful of our home.. we have a 3 month old baby and they left each room exactly as they found it. They placed drop cloths down immediately, cleaned up whatever room they were in that day and treated it as if it were their home.
The team was amazing but the new central air is better! It works great, is super simple to use and comes with an app so we can control the temp when we’re not home!
Overall we would highly recommend this company, they will go above and beyond your expectations.

Beluga was really quick to respond to our service call. They had a technician at our house within an hour of calling. The able to quickly diagnose the issue and fix it. We’re very reasonable and competitive, especially compared to competitors in the area.

Billy, Donnie G., and the whole Beluga team were great dealing with my leaking heat exchanger. Donnie was prompt, communicative, knowledgeable, and forthright with what the possible issues, scenarios, and fixes could be. We had to do a return visit to fully fix the problem, but this was well understood by me from the get-go that it might be necessary and overall thought the cost of the total repair was reasonable. It was nice to have a contractor in the home that I felt I could trust and knew what he was doing.

I recently had Beluga come out to provide an installation price quote for my air conditioning system. Donnie was professional and explained the entire process clearly. I appreciated his expertise and the detailed explanation. Overall, I was satisfied with the service and would recommend Beluga to others considering air conditioning services.

I had an emergency with my entire heating and HVAC system breaking down and Beluga came to my house immediately, identified the issues and provided me with all the information I needed in order to get everything fixed. Everyone I dealt with was extremely courteous and helpful, very communicative and they got the work done exactly when they said they would. The technicians worked almost 12 hours straight with no breaks to make sure everything worked properly and I was very appreciative that they finished such a big job in one day. While a bit on the pricey side, I would highly recommend their services and would definitely use them again.

My central a.c went down during the heat wave. I called a couple of companies and explained i have an elderly parent with a medical condition. I was told that air conditioning was not considered an emergency. Belgua however took my issue seriously and was able to send a technician out to my house on a Sunday. Donnie Grande worked on my air conditioner. He was patient enough to explain everything to me. Assured me he would be able to get the a.c going again. In a short period of time thanks to his expertise and knowledge my house was under control again. He was very professional and courteous. I would highly recommend Mr.Grande and Belgua

The service is impeccable. Always on time, very respectful, very clean and always very thorough. Reina is fantastic always so polite and understanding when I call for repairs. Integrity was very responsive and transparent. I was having issues with the furnace ever since I bought the house. They were great with communication of what the problems were and cost of possible solutions.

I opted for a new furnace rather than keeping putting bandaids on the current one. They gave me a fair quote and called me as soon as it came in to see if they could come and install it that day to get my heat up and running.

I was having issues with other companies either not returning calls or showing up when they said they would. Integrity was quick to respond and always answered any questions I had and were straightforward with what they could do and the costs.

Everyone was very friendly from the moment I called to the day they had my heat back up and running. A very professional and pleasant company to work with. I would highly recommend giving them a shot if you’re having issues with your HVAC system.
