I've used Fossati in the past for a quick repair so naturally I went back to them. I had them change out some shower systems that came with the house I bought. They were very quick with their responses and scheduling. Even suggested I do some of the demo/patch work to help keep the cost down. Very happy with the results and will be going back to the with any other plumbing needs.

We found Fossati Plumbing after a copper pipe above our living room developed a pinhole and started leaking. I called and spoke to Ritchie, Jr. at around 11am and he sent his tech over within a few hours. Mike examined the problem, explained exactly what he would do to correct it, and went right to work. The job was finished within the previously specified timeframe and everything looked great! We were so happy with their service that we had them price several jobs around the house that we had been putting off. Today they installed a full-house water softner for us, extended the hose bib in our side yard because the faucet was inexplicably located under the deck when we moved in, and changed a shower head in the bathroom. Mike did outstanding work on all three projects and explained everything along the way. When I spoke to Ritchie on the phone, he answered all my questions and was super patient. We still have additional work to do in the house, so it's great to be working with a company that is honest, fair and reliable. I recommend them highly...very professional and excellent at what they do!

I called Fossati plumbing because of a need to change a shower cartridge. They responded within 90 min, were professional, competent, and had the replacement cartridge on the truck. For me this was the most valuable asset because we did not have to wait for the part and the shower was back to functioning within minutes. As for price, I feel the charges were high but do not base that on any cost comparisons.

Let me first say that I have had many plumbers in my lifetime but Fossati Plumbing is miles above all other providers. Not only are they plumbers but they do the work and planning of an Engineering team. The work is planned, neat, organized and the quality is 100%. The office is high tech, appointments and communication is 100% spot on. They arrive on time and also text you and let you know that they are in route. When the job is complete, the work area is left perfect and you can never tell that any one came to do work. Great prices, great service. Fossati Plumbing should be your choice.

This is my second time using Fossati. The first time was for a winter pipe leak. This time it was replacing one toilet, fixing another. I continue to be very satisfied with the quality of the work and the attentiveness of everyone involved. Very positive experience. Will definitely continue working with them for our plumbing needs.

I was in need of an emergency repair of a pipe leaking under my house in a very small crawl space. I was not a customer, but immediately felt like one while on the phone explaining my situation. Without hesitation I was told that the tech,(Mike) would be there by 1pm. The repair was a little more then he expected and said he would be back the next day, the communication from everyone at Fossati is exceptional. They send an email and notify you by text when they are on the way. Mike was back the next day, crawled back under the spider filled crawl space and fixed the pipe that was leaking. We had a small communication error involving the estimate, but Deb was great and corrected it right away. I am so happy with everything with this family owned and operated business and will be calling again if there is a need. Thank you so much Fossati for making me feel like a part of your family.

Fossati plumbing did amazing work to fix a leak that was in a very tight position between ceiling and wall within a condo. Top notch workmanship. Communication was consistent from start to finish. I highly recommend Fossati Plumbing for all your plumbing and heating needs.

Update:
I had a 1 year old water heater whose factory installed anode rod was incredibly tight and I just couldn't remove it. Fossati plumbing came out next day and was able to remove the anode rod without any issues at all and cleanly install a new one!

Fossati could have charged me a fortune for a project, but instead decided to consult with me about alternatives. Details are probably immaterial, so I will briefly say it involved a re-routing which would have failed over enough time to allow the company to charge me double for a revisit. Instead, they performed a practical procedure which solved the problem and saved me an enormous amount of money. Thank you.

We moved to the area 2 years ago and have been using Fossati since. Very reliable and competent. I feel that Rich has always been fair, and most importantly, very capable. I have found it difficult at times to find good service personal but with regards to plumbers, I am very satisfied. I would definitely recommend them. Debbie always very helpful and patient with phone calls. I believe they take their work seriously and I feel that they know what they are doing when I need to call them out. We've had a few jobs done - all so far very competent work.

I had tried two plumbers before I was lucky enough to get in touch with Fossati Plumbing. One didn't return my call, the other didn't show up for the estimate. From start to finish it was an absolute pleasure dealing with Fossati Plumbing & Heating! Upon calling, Deanna immediately set me up with an appointment since my husband and I only have one shower in the house. Jeff came out the following day, he was prompt & cheerful! We went over pricing before any work was performed, I felt the price was fair and he proceed to do the repair. He located the leak right away and got to work on it. When Jeff completed the job it was neat & tidy. I would definitely use them again and have recommended them to friends and family!

Service was timely and reliable. After calling 6 Plumbers for a toilet leak, they were the only one's to get back to me the same day. We made and appointment and the problem was fixed quickly (We thought). Turns out there was a secondary leak in the base of the toilet as well, so I did have to call them to come back and fix that as well. But they did it expeditiously and negotiated to give me a fair price for the second trip. I would use them again!

They fixed my toilet and the process went smooth. Will definitely call again if needed!

Had a stand up shower base leaking for a while. I was told that I had to replace the whole shower. I called Fossati and Rich the owner and Mike came to look at the job that was needed. They told me all I needed was to replace the drain NOT the whole shower. We scheduled a day to fix it and Mike was absolutely great. It’s been fixed and working great without any leaks. I definitely will continue to use this company for any future work.

I had called Fossati Plumbing for an issue my mother in law was having at her mobile home (which aren't easy to work on). Jeff was on site the next day diagnosing the issues and scheduled an appointment for later in the week (these were maintenance issues, not emergencies). I was given a fair price and the work was done when they said it would be. I am lucky to have had pretty good experiences with plumbing companies in the past, but Fossati was by far the most professional. They have a thorough and competent team from appointment setting to billing. Very neat and professional. I'd definitely hire them again. Thank you Fossati's!

Called Fossati Plumbing because I needed some gas line work for my fireplace. Unfortunately they hadn’t yet gotten their Westchester license yet, but they were extremely pleasant and helpful. Gave me valuable advice and referred me to a great plumber in Westchester County. I will definitely call them again for my plumbing needs.

Mike from Fossati plumbing did a thorough/ professional/ careful job fixing my 1/2 bath& slop sink in laundry room. Yeah. Very thoughtful. Talked me through everything because of unexpected old pipes discovered!!! I would call them again as needed
