He kept me up to date about my appointment time and when he arrived he was polite and knowledgeable. He repaired my oven very quickly.

The technicians were amazing! They took the time to figure out the problem which took hours to get fixed. They were polite, respectful and friendly. I wouldn’t hesitate to call again, if needed.

I will preface by saying, Sears Home Services does not disappoint. Louie D and as previous technicians have been pleasant to deal with and most knowledgeable in servicing my washer. I am on my way to Home Depot to buy a new refrigerator. I wish Sears was still in business selling refrigerators and other quality appliances.
