Well is a catering place - plumbing one man show, probably for emergency repair so it is not a plumbing store where you can see any tools or supplies

Highered him to take care of some plumbing permit issues with my house. We agreed on a price and payment arrangement. About half way through the job he changed his mind and wanted payment in advanced. I felt he knew I had to close on my house so he felt he can dictate terms. Wasn't happy that he didn't keep his word.

This man is the epitome of incompetence. He demanded a down payment of $1000 and did basically nothing. Half way through the process he informs us that he’s having issues with his license. He tries to blame Con Edison but they aren’t the problem. We’ve been having boiler issues for over a week and he kept on saying he doesn’t know when he’s going to finish. We constantly had to call him because he refused to contact us. He is unprofessional and disrespectful. Asking him basic questions about the job led him to disrespect us and quit because he knew he couldn’t do the job. He shouldn’t have taken the job knowing his status with his license. He will be reported to the city. His name is LeRoy Brookes.
