Just had my home renovated by Akson Construction in Bronx, and I'm beyond impressed. The team's skill and attention to detail are evident in every corner. From start to finish, the project was a breeze, and the results speak for themselves. Highly recommend.

You get what you pay for.
The team will show up at 9am everyday. Some days they will leave at 4. Other days they will leave at 3:30. The workers are highly skilled and careful. They did a phenomenal job with the floors, painting, kitchen cabinets, and bathroom. I'd hire them again. There were several days where he sat around and watching videos on his phone and taking phone calls. Towards the end of the project, he realized his team was running behind so, he started helping out. Anything he touched was clearly rushed. Now that the job is complete, we are left to clean up the mess he made. There is compound on the kitchen floor that we can't get out. The silicone in the bathroom needs to be redone because it is uneven. His team cut through the kitchen tile for an outlet instead of asking us if we wanted to move the outlet. Now there is an exposed outlet above our stove which we have to pay someone else to fix. The shoe moldings were left unpainted. He cracked a tile in the bathroom and tried to glue it back together instead of telling us. He will also send you to Home Depot/Lowe's multiple times in a single day to grab more items. The list goes on and on. You can hire them. They'll do a pretty good job.
