The most professional company that I have worked with. I have used them numerous times for Local Law work, roof replacement, sidewalk replacement as well as interior projects with their work being the highest of quality. Highly recommend.

Seriously dropped the ball on a project and then asked for more money to do what was in the original contract. Ended up cancelling the contract without doing any of the work.

Placed 4 rigs on the building, damaged the building, balcony rails, irrigation system was cut, and damaged the homeowners property.

The worst construction/repair company on earth. Has numerous hazardous NYC violations including hauling bricks from the sidewalk to a 6th story building roof with NO pedestrian protection! Paid NYC $10,000.00 for that stunt. They also allowed carcinogenic grit and dust into an apartment via an unprotected window. Still have an uncured NYC hazardous open violation on that! Nuff said!
