For the last couple of years, Classico Building Maintenance Inc (CBM) has been providing excellent cleaning services to our School-Based Health Clinics (20 Schools). They are very timely and consistent. CBM accesses and works around our clinical operations without any disruptions. They maintain high COVID Isolation cleaning protocols and provide very competitive pricing (we interviewed 4 companies prior). The cleaning products are healthcare industry standards which are listed in the EPA recommended use list. CBM also implements an effective Quality Insurance program that satisfies our safety committee regulatory needs. In today’s service market, consistency is hard to come by. If you are looking for a great service provider with competitive pricing, CBM will not disappoint. Our Rep, Scott Smith responds quickly and the follow-up is beyond consistent.

Don't use this cleaning service! They sprayed chemicals all over my clothes and pillow case and refused to tell me what they were. Then they threatened me. Unbelievably unprofessional!

Zero compassion they damaged the vct flooring and claim it was not them yet they’re the only contractors doing the stripping and buffing the floors
False promises! Just terrible!
