The owner Timothy is very professional and passionate about providing the best possible care for my sofa. Now it looks like new when he got done with it. He also provided info on how to clean and treat future stains, should it happen. Very friendly, 5 star service, I would highly recommend.

Just got my couch serviced by Timothy and I must say that he did an amazing job. My couch looks as good as new at an affordable rate. Definitely worthy and this company will be my go to for future events and as well as referrals. Timothy cleaned as my children and didn’t even wake them, he was professional, courteous, gave me amazing tips and even cleaned my rug. I’m truly grateful and happy with the service of this company.

I called Olympus for an urgent rug and couch cleaning after a negligent contractor allowed drywall dust to coat our apartment. Timothy was very responsive and explained everything that they were going to do to help make our space safe and clean again for our crawling baby and preschooler. They did a fantastic job, were very personable, and helped put my mind at ease. I highly recommend!

I loved my service with Olympus. Timothy came right on time, super professional and charismatic. My couch was disgusting as it was my first furniture in my first apartment and I was very careless. Timothy however, deep cleaned it and got rid of ALL my water marks and stains! My couch looks and feels brand new and I’m super excited about it. I will make sure I schedule this service annually.

The costumer service while booking was also awesome and Timothy answered ALL my questions.

Oct 2022 update: As always, amazing service! Timothy cleaned my couch & upholstered chair. Brought an assistant & 2 machines. Cleaned thoroughly & quickly using hot steam & special cleaning liquid (no odor). May 2021 review: Very professional, efficient, friendly service. Timothy goes out of his way to explain the process, respond to questions, and is always on time. My rugs look beautiful!

I am so pleased with the service I received! My Persian and Oriental area rugs are clean, fresh and so soft now! Timothy, the owner, answered all of my questions and worked with me to schedule pick up and delivery times that were convenient for me. He demonstrated deep knowledge of rug making, the materials used, and what type of care each would need. I felt at ease when he and his team picked the rugs up and was delighted with the results when he dropped them off. Timothy offered advice for managing future spills and routine cleaning. I highly recommend this company.

This company is amazing!! The owner Timothy is kind, courteous and very professional. His technicians are hard working and extremely polite. My couch and chairs were in bad shape after years of use. Timothy was friendly, communicative, punctual and clearly loves his job/business and deserves to be proud of his results. Our Tibetan rug which is huge and heavy came back so clean, soft and beautiful and he was patient about positioning it back exactly the way we wanted it despite how very heavy it is. He also did a cleaning of our sofa in home which restored it to feeling fresh and elegant again. We highly recommend this company and will be using his services in the future as it has made a big difference in how comfortable and pleasant our home feels.

Olympus did great work and were very responsive and professional. I worked with Timothy, who was awesome. Despite being a little late on delivery past the initial date agreed on, Timothy was super communicative and let us know what was going on. The delay was nothing that was their fault at all, and he handled it right! Definitely use this business, they are awesome!

I used to think ABC Carpet was the best place to have your rugs cleaned. I recently learned that is not true.

At the encouragement of my sister and brother-in-law, I decided to try Olympus Carpet and Upholstery recently, instead of ABC, when I needed my living room area rug cleaned. The costs are pretty much the same for quality cleaning no matter who you use. However, what I discovered is not all cleaning is the same.

Olympus got my very light rug so much cleaner than the two times ABC cleaned it. The rug had a large dark stain which I created trying to clean up spilled chocolate ice cream; amazingly Olympus got that out.

Let's face it, these days we often forget how nice, and important, it is to support a family owned business. Timothy will be your contact; he is so easy to work with.

Tim from Olympus was very professional. He cleaned a couch including pillows, a recliner, carpeted steps and 2 bedrooms. The couch had stains from spills and moving. We just moved into a new home so we wanted to remove the smoke smell and pet dander from the carpet. He was on time and thoroughly explained was he would do and what to expect afterwards. The carpet smells fresh and the couch looks new again. He is very kind and affordable. A much better value than the national companies. If you need your carpet or upholstery cleaned, Olympus should be your first choice.
