This company is incredibly professional and exceptional. Their service has been consistently top-notch for 20 years, never faltering in quality. I wholeheartedly endorse them – they surpass all competitors hands-down.

Andrew is top-notch, gets the job done, and resolves any issues promptly. He's a great guy to deal with. Anthony, the owner, is equally pleasant and our church has had a long-standing relationship with the company.

I hired this plumber to convert my oil to gas system a year ago, but it seems they used some questionable materials. Recently, I called 311 after noticing a rusty pipe in one of their installations and was shocked to learn that the pipe was actually an illegal one. ConEd shut off my gas line over 68 days ago, and I've been dealing with this plumber's unprofessionalism ever since.

The owner, Anthony, was notified by me, but it turns out his work was temporary, and we're now finding out that a final inspection never took place. It's been a frustrating back-and-forth between us and ConEd, who seem to know their stuff when it comes to plumbing. When I asked them who did the original installation, they replied with a dismissive "oh them," which didn't exactly fill me with confidence.

My mother, 87 and dealing with health issues all summer, has been relying on me for support. Living in Florida and then moving back to the Bronx during the same period hasn't made things easier. Given her condition, I'm worried about how she'll get this final inspection done on time.

I strongly advise against hiring this plumber. They're not responding to my calls anymore, and all communication is via email. I've reached out to the Better Business Bureau next, hoping they can help resolve this situation. ConEd wants Anthony to call them directly to request a final inspection, which is taking an inexcusable amount of time.

We went from having no gas for over a month to asking him to supply us with an electric hot water heater, only to have to hire another electrician to activate it. I'm appalled by the lack of professionalism and communication. With temperatures dropping tonight to 31 degrees, I'm worried about our pipes freezing if we don't get this sorted out soon. This plumber is a disaster, and I hope they're held accountable for their mistakes.
