I needed urgent help with a faulty stove at a rental property. The technician arrived promptly the same day, charged a reasonable service fee, and sorted out the problem. They're reliable and efficient, and I'd definitely use them again.

I had a terrible experience with this company, from start to finish. They delivered a broken fridge to my tenant just days after purchase - it was only a week old when it stopped working. When I found out that missing parts were the problem, I spent almost two weeks negotiating with them for replacements. Guess what? The promised parts never arrived. They substituted them with ones from another model and used black screws, which is ridiculous. Now, just before its first birthday, the fridge has already given up on me for $350. Save your money and avoid this company altogether - they're not worth dealing with.

Avoid this contractor at all costs - complete waste of money with no post-service support whatsoever.

I arrived at 8am and found the store closed. Hopefully, their services improve. But if their repair work isn't up to par, they'll face significant consequences. Frustrating experience with poor business practices.
