They removed a malfunctioning faucet, and replaced it with a much better one. Unfortunately, after they left, I noticed that water did not flow from one side of the faucet. I notified them via cellular phone. They returned immediately to my home, and corrected the minor problem.

All is still functioning well. I have no problem recommending their services to others.

Joe (owner), Richie and Saki are the best team with the best price. Efficient, meticulous, and hardworking gentlemen. 2nd job this company has done for my husband and I. Never disappointed. You won’t be either!

Very professional and kind. I called because I had seen one of their vans while driving to work. I called and Toni took my call and was very kind and helped me feel at ease. Santino came out and was also very kind and answered all my questions regarding all services they provided. I have had 2 jobs done and will continue to work with them going forward. Mr. Plumber is my go to for all Local 152 required inspections and my Con Edison gas lock outs. He knows his stuff and knows how to handle all these situations which can become very hard on people. I have worked with him on a gas lock out on my home and couldn't be happier with his knowledge, help to keep our minds at ease and most of all how he walked us through such a difficult process. I recommend Mr. Plumber for all my plumbing, service and gas needs. THEY ARE THE ABSOLUTE BEST!

Mr. Plumber Inc. is the best! I used him several times for different plumbing issues and he always got the job done. No job is to big or to small and he does great work. Joe is professional and courteous and I highly reccomend him.

Once again Mr. Plumber came through and saved the day. When my hot water tank decided to flood my whole basement overnight, Mr. Plumber was at my home by 7:30am, found the problem and within a few short hours issue resolved. By early afternoon I had a brand new water heater installed and an electrician on his way. All done at a very reasonable price, very knowledgeable and professional..... High recommended !

Joe from Mr. Plumber is an excellent and responsive plumber with professional work. Always pick up the phone immediately. I dealt with other plumbers in the past, but none like Joe. I took a chance on this plumbing company and was not disappointed. Joe P. was very accommodating and had a practical approach to solving the plumbing issues we were having. Pricing was also reasonable. I can't say enough how much those two things matter when dealing with an issue. Next time, I will definitely reach out to Joe P. before contacting these larger well known plumbing companies whose primary objective seems to be making money rather than solving my problem.

I am a new homeowner and was recently in urgent need of a plumber. I gave Mr Plumber a call after quickly looking thru a list of local plumbers, and because I liked the name. Joe answered, and even though it was late, and he was on his way to another emergency at the time, he said he would stop by to assess the issue. Joe was very straightforward, easy to talk to and happily answered all of my plumbing questions. He was forthright, honest, skilled with his work and gave me what I believed was a good price for the work - what else could you want in a plumber? It's comforting to know that I have someone that I can trust going forward.

Our supply line burst on our kitchen sink. Chatted with Joe for 5 minutes and had a tech scheduled to come out. Richie was amazing! Very professional, informative, and helpful. Had everything fixed and replaced in 30 minutes.

Joe came out himself, personally, on Easter Sunday, during the corona crisis, to fix a leaky toilet in the apartment upstairs for us. He was polite, modest and efficient on the job, left the place spotless, and charged us about half what we might have expected. The whole thing was over with two hours after the original phone call. He even let us know that he was officially registered with the state as an essential service. Very professional. Highly recommended!

I am writing this review because I am truly to have called Joe today. For a couple of months, I have been having cold water issues with my shower , it just have not been working. So, my husband and I have been taking very quick showers because the water was so hot.
I have an American Standard single arm shower (no faucet). I purchased two pressure balances and two cartridges. I am so glad I did. After installing the first set, there was not water come out of my shower head. After several attempts to get the water running and a call to the plumbing supply store where I purchased the cartridges from (the guy there help to troubleshoot but it didn't work), I called Mr. Plumber. I am so very happy I did.
Joe heard my story, suggested a few steps to me, gave me his cell phone number all because had faith I can get the job done (I appreciated that ) and I did.
I could not have done it without him!

Called Joe for a problem with my dishwasher, Saturday morning. Came to my home as fast as he could and fixed my dishwasher. Very professional and just an all around good guy! I will definitely recommend to all my friends and family in the area! Call him, you will not be disappointed!
