Ivan was very attentive, respectful knowledgeable. He was able to quickly assess what the issue and was relatively flexible in terms of being able to come back to fix our washing machine (a week), which I appreciated so we could move on with our lives.

My only comment is that it was quite expensive to fix and the quote kept increasing as he assessed the issue (a total of $710 for a control panel replacement; Google is now telling me it should be between $250-500+). We ended up just going with it because Ivan seemed (and was) reliable and frankly, we didn’t want to keep shopping around, but the cost felt like a moving target.

Overall, Ivan helped us fix our washing machine relatively and provided very good service, but at a premium.
