Jimmy's Range & Appliance, where do I start? Great service, decently priced, professional, friendly staff, always with a smile. Dealt with them with commercial & residential appliances, was always able to solve the problem fast. Office staff are easy to deal with as well.
If you need any service / repair on appliances (residential or commercial) Jimmy's is the the place. Oh they do repairs on vacuum cleaner as well. 😉

Mohammed has been to our apt several times to fix our fridge and dishwasher. He is extremely helpful and provided amazing customer service.

Mohammed went out of his way to help me with an improperly installed washing machine (by another company). He was professional, hard-working, patient and unlike a lot of other technicians out there, actually knew what he was doing. He diagnosed the problem immediately and was even willing to get his hands dirty by removing the entire unit from the confined space of a closet to fix it.

Been using Jimmy's for almost 20 years! service techs are all knowledgeable, courteous, and honest! Recently called for service on my out-of-warranty Electrolux range. Original appt needed to be rescheduled for following day since the tech had a family emergency. Next morning the OWNER (Jimmy) arrived, diagnosed the issue, had the part in his truck, & fixed everything within 40 min. Plus gave me some free tips on how to run my dishwasher more efficiently!

This was a excellent experience. Everyone was very helpful. I asked many questions and they understood all my concerns. I will definitely be back and continue to do business with them. I'm going to tell everyone about their wonderful service. I will be referring my friends and family thank you for everything.

I was In and out quickly. Oven was scheduled ahead of time on a date that worked for me. Arrived on time and delivery men were great as well. Couldn't ask for more! Don't shop at chain appliance stores. These guys know appliances!

Jimmy's was recommended by Bosch for my new washer and dryer.
I am happy with their service. Mohammad was our technician and he is very professional, courteous and KNOWS what he is doing. Kim coordinated our appointment, I needed a one hour lead time and she was very helpful. She let me know in advance when he was coming which is difficult because they have other clients. He also called to give me 20-30 minutes notice. Mohammad came in and looked at the units and took the time to check out what issues there were. I appreciate him taking his time to explain everything to me. I would recommend working with Jimmy's.

I called Jimmy twice and so far everything turned out great. They were able to fix my fridge without any hassle. There were no gimmicks as well. And the best part is they’re very close to where I live. They were able to bring parts with ease. Will definitely use their services from now on.

Great service!!! They called before arriving and came actually earlier than promised. Mohammed the rep was familiar with my Samsung machine and instantly identified what the issue was and went right to work. He wore a ask from the whole time he was in my home and bam that masked man was done.

Job was completed microwave working again . But Jimmy on the phone saying one price when you come pickup its a bit different . around 30bucks it will not make me poorer and Jimmy will not get richer but customer he lost . On the receipt not even reflex $25 deposit .

Terrible. Waste of time. Poor communication and service.

Four visits and still not fixed! The 2nd and 3rd visit they had the wrong part.
