Impressive service. Responded to an outreach late in the evening Thursday and arrived Friday morning to repair the fridge promptly, efficiently, and was very clear on how to maintain the repair and when to reach out if there were further issues (there were none).

Leo has repaired my SubZero several times -- non-functioning ice maker, work out gasket, light switch replacement, motor replacement. Each situation was stressful for me as I feared that my SubZero days were numbered. Leo not only reassured me that the repairs were possible -- though costly, (sigh! )-- but Leo was efficient and came at my earliest convenience to do the job. Thank you Leo.

Leonid called me in the evening sharing his concern about the scope to make sure that we are on the same page before wasting each other’s time.
