Great service!

My front lawn in Bay Ridge started looking embarrassing! I called someone local, but they were landscape designers and did not really do maintenance. They recommended Pat and Ralph's Landscaping. I looked them up and saw just two horrible reviews, but then despite the bad reviews I called them anyway just to get an estimate. Ralph came over within the half hour and gave me a reasonable estimate...and since his workers were right in the neighborhood, they came over shortly after and did the work right then and there. I actually never had work done so fast ever! So for $250 I got everything I wanted done. My front garden is back to beautiful and I am very happy! Glad I called them despite the bad reviews!

Pat & Ralph's Landscaping was used for new landscaping at our recently renovated home in Bay Ridge. They were given a blank slate to start with and created a lush space that we can enjoy throughout the year.

Ralph was very responsive to our initial inquiry and performed a site visit in a short time to review the property and what we were looking for. A short time later, we were provided with a layout indicating their proposed plan for plantings, including species.

After some tweaking, we moved forward with their proposal. Ralph oversaw the entire transformation of our front property, which included preparation of soil for plantings after construction, creating flower beds, laying sod and planting perennials and trees. The work was done neatly, in stages over the course of a few weeks and our property was left spotless after each visit.

Pricing for all work was fair.

The end result it a front yard that is welcoming to guests and makes our house feel like a home every time we return. The design Ralph created has a nice balance of plant types and heights and flowers throughout the spring and summer.

Pat and Ralph have been maintaining this yard since it's installation and have been reliable and reasonable with costs on this. Ralph has also been easy to reach to get updates, including visits to review the health of each plant and to assess our watering levels (this is our first landscaped yard after years of apartment living and we are new to watering needs).

We would not hesitate to recommend Pat and Ralph's services to others.

It shows that they open at 8am but never open. I have been waiting outside for them to open and no one is coming at all. You guys need to put a set time for workers to come to the place

These guys just don't seem to care about what they are doing. Our building asked them to do a pretty simple landscaping job, to replace four big shrubs. We talked to them at the very beginning of the season, got an estimate, got the expense approved by the board, and made an oral agreement with these guys to do the job. Then....nothing. They dodged our calls for the rest of the season. Even a message that explicitly said "we need to know if this is going to happen or not" got ignored.

These guys are getting on in years, and who knows how long they intend to stay in the business. From the way they act I get the impression that they are just tired of it. So, if you actually want to get something done, I'd definitely recommend calling somebody else.
