    I put in a service request for an electrical problem in November 2023. As of January 2024 I am still waiting on repairs. This company lies about appointments and speaking with you.

    They do not want to do the job that the home warranty company contracted them to do. They never call when they say they will, they're just slow-walking the process until we give up. Terrible customer service, if you choose to use them you will need to be proactive in managing your appointment because they will not
