I owned and operated a competitor of Done Right Hood & Fire Safety for nearly 10 years. I since left the industry some 8 years ago. In my new venture, StringBean Technologies, which helps property managers seamlessly and transparently hold their contractors and vendors accountable, I have come to see how many of the providers of fire and life safety services to the commercial cooking world cut corners. Not Done Right though. Very knowledgeable and dedicated team, and I now understand why they have emerged as one of the premier service providers in the industry.

Truck 10 provided service to our office today. The entire crew was professional and work was completed.

"Done Right" does it right. We use this company for our quarterly hood cleanings and they are always punctual unobtrusive and reliable. During our last service we had a little issue/complaint... Venus and Sam jumped on it and not only fixed the issue, they gave us a solution that went way beyond our most optimistic expectations. I recommend this company and these ladies that make all the hassles involved in running a restaurant much more bearable through kindness, understanding and professionalism.

Group 8 did a great job cleaning the hood system at my NYC hotel. Highly recommend, very professional and courteous and they cleaned up after themselves very well.

Done Right goes above and beyond with their grease trap service. Not only do they clean my 35-gallon grease trap thoroughly in under 30 minutes, but they also take care of the entire room, leaving it spotless. They provide before-and-after photos, which showcase their attention to detail, and their coordination and scheduling make the process seamless. Highly recommended!
