Fantastic service, easy communication, would absolutely recommend Brook-clean and Szabina who did the best clean of my kitchen I could’ve asked for, even more so for the rest of my apartment. Incredible hard worker, went above and beyond, such a great service and you can’t go back!

My experience with Zsuzsa and Brook-Clean was fantastic. I was looking for someone to come deep clean my home and if things went well, continue regular cleanings on a weekly basis. Zsuzsa messaged me saying she has a steamer, that she uses cleaning supplies in the home and her pricing was clear. What I liked about her approach was that she didn’t get into a long list of what is and is not included. I just wanted a professional who was going to do a thorough job and she went above and beyond to do that for us. My home has never been cleaner and I have decided to move forward with Zsuzsa and Brook-Clean moving forward. I have had weekly cleaning services for more than a decade and I’ve lived all over the country...I know quality and commitment when I see it. Highly recommend!

In a word, EXCELLENT! I had to schedule cleaning for a deceased relative's home in Brooklyn, and I live out of state. I called Brook-Clean first. I could not be happier with every part of the experience! Zsuzsa was kind and accommodating when she didn't have to accommodate our needs. She was also very clear about logistics, and she obviously is excellent at communication and running this business. Because my relative was recently deceased, she went out of her way to schedule the cleaning, even though the home was geographically out of their normal business area! This was a kindness I will remember. She kept in contact throughout the process and on the day of the cleaning, which made things so much easier for me, being out of state and not able to get to the home being cleaned. She sent a few pictures of the cleaner's work, and it was amazing. The relative's home had been transformed simply by the cleaning, and some areas were unrecognizable to my husband, who had seen the home first-hand before the cleaning. I am filled with gratitude for this service, for the cleaner's job, and for Zsuzsa's amazing work and compassion. They went way beyond in accommodating our needs. When there is a death in the family, this great kindness is like gold to us. Thank you, Zsuzsa and Brook-Clean, from the bottom of our hearts! People, USE THIS SERVICE.

Zsuzsa was able to take my last minute request and came same day. I had a specific request to clean up this white dust from construction and she was really kind to accommodate my request even though I did not have the right kind of cleaning tools, she made do. I was impressed with how clean my bathroom and kitchen counter and bedroom was! Would highly recommend!

We had them come clean our apartment recently in preparation of some guests and they were incredibly thorough. We have dogs so I know it’s not the easiest of nyc apartments to clean but they made it spotless. Highly recommend. Booking is easy, their communication is excellent.

Great job! We hired Brook Clean for our apartment move out before the new tenants moved in and she is so friendly and brought all of the supplies. Stayed from 9 am - 2 pm
for a two bedroom / 2 bathroom.

Love this place! I left a message and the owner Zsuzsanna called me back immediately and was able to schedule a move-in cleaning last minute on the same day. Very reasonable prices for a thorough cleaning. Csongor arrived to help us within an hour and did an excellent job. Very sweet and lovely people; highly recommend!

We are quite thrilled with the services and the experience from Brook-Clean. From the very beginning, it was clear we were dealing with professionals. The cleaning service was absolutely thorough. They organized every inch of our three bedroom condo, cleaned crevices, put things away where they belonged (!), and worked unbelievably quickly. I could not recommend this business any more than I do. Also, the founder and owner of the business is absolutely lovely which was just a nice touch.

Brook-clean is amazing! Used them for a deep clean at my grandfather's house and the service was professional, courteous, and great. The workers were kind and the owner is outstanding; she really makes sure the job was done well and the clients' needs were met. We will definitely be using Brook-clean again 🙂

We love Brook-Clean. Friendly, responsive and responsible. Great value. Easy to communicate with. Hard-working. To be clear: Yes, they do interior windows though - obviously - only accessible exterior windows. And, for a few extra $$$ they will clean refrigerators and ovens. We used them for a deep clean when we first moved in, and they've helped us maintain ever since. Highly recommended.

Excellent cleaning service; I highly recommend! Setting up the appointment was easy, the staff is very friendly and professional and the pricing is very fair! My apartment is spotless! Of great importance, I TRUST Brook-Clean to come into my home. The business owner is a good person, who obviously works hard and wants to succeed. 5 stars all the way!!
