I was so happy to find a company that had a good price on new carpet. Brooklyn Carpet was the cheapest and did an amazing job installing it. The carpet looks really good.

Joe came to our house the same day I inquired to look at my rug, give me an estimate and picked it up. The rug was delivered in less than 1 week. The rug now looks like new and was even put back in place. Will definitely use again.

They make sure to get even the stains out and leave my carpets looking as good as new. On top of that the customer service is outstanding. They were very nice and accommodating.

I called Brooklyn Carpet to have my carpets cleaned. The technician arrived and explained everything to me in detail. He cleaned and deodorized the carpets for pet stains. He did a really good job.

The cleaners at Brooklyn Carpet were very professional at handing quite a large job at my office with a major water leak from a collapsed roof. They worked 8 hours and did an amazing job at the cleaning and removal of the water and debris.

I have a 20 year old carpet in my bedroom that I cannot afford to replace. I called Brooklyn Carpet to see if it was even possible to clean it. I was shocked when I saw how much more life the carpet had after the cleaning. The stains came out and the carpet looks great.

I was really nervous about getting my carpets cleaned. They were in bad shape after years of usage by tenants, but I couldn't afford to get carpets replaced! I was clearly explained that not all stains would come off but they would do their best. And they did! The carpets look so, SO much better now and the next tenants I am sure will be happy.
