Last Friday we had an emergency flooding in our office. CIC came quick and did a thorough job...ensuring they left only once we were satisfied. They are great for emergency situations, came within the hour and its always a job well done!

Our hero! Our medical office had a huge leak over many days during the heavy snow/freezing rain. The water came from the ceiling, through the roof and flooded the carpets. They came to our rescue each night there was more water! Quickly and efficiently extracting ALL the water, deeply cleaning and sanitizing and drying so our patients could have their visits every morning safe and dry. So kind and reassuring and even helped to locate the leak in the roof! Even helped us on a Friday evening! From expert seasonal cleaning cleaning to disaster recovery - this is who you want to call!

We got our carpet cleaned with CIC many times. With small children around it's always in a desperate need of steaming! The service is top and customer's service is even better. It was the evening before July 4th, and Israel from CIC Carpet Cleaning was one of the few to actually answer the phone, come right over, with huge truck mount and all the high tech machinery to get the job done right! Our office carpet hadn't been cleaned in more than a year, and we had massive stains from a flood / sewer backup, soda spills, heavy traffic areas, etc. Not an issue as CIC was up to the task doing a very friendly and THOROUGH job, getting into all the nooks and crannies. Plus they even did our non-carpet front area with caked up dirt and mold. Don't go for the cheapest quote, go for the company that gets the job done, professionally and when you need them!

The owner came down to my house to clean a mohair couch and 2 side chairs. 1 of the side chairs wasn't cleaned well. Theres a pink color that came out on the fabric which is very noticeable and ugly. The couch was cleaned and unfortunately for some reason the bottom of the couch all around, there's faric to the floor . That piece comes with a stiffenirng from the inside. It was bent and stands out very ugly. I did call the owner he called me back he heard what my complaint is but did nothing to it. He actually was very expensive on this job. Not worth it all. Wouldn't reccomend this company at all

The worst experience. He ruined entire carpet. Left terrible stains all over and the toxic fumes lasted for days. He took a gorgeous carpet and destroyed it.
