I’m extremely upset with how my service here turned out. I was naive and agreed to do a deep cleaning for my tiny studio for $240, I left the cleaner alone in the apartment for four hours and expected to come back to a spotless apartment. While the kitchen and bathroom looked great, the mirrors were not wiped down, my vanity still had makeup all over it and there was dust in my closet, under the bed and on the floors as well. For a regular cleaning, I would be fine with this but for a “deep clean” this was unacceptable. The cleaner also threw the trash in the stairwell of my building.. When I called this cleaning service to express how dissatisfied I was with my results they told me they’d fix it and have someone come the next day at 10am. I waited until 11am and no one came. I had to inconvenience my whole weekend and wait around because they couldn’t get the job properly done the first time and they still didn’t follow through with their word. Do not use this service, SO unprofessional
