Very affordable and neat. I recommend this place

They have no operating system in place. When I came to pickup they gave me other people’s clothes. Each and every shirt I gave them to clean was damaged!!

To all those who think of using this cleaners, think twice. It was the 100% WORST experience I've EVER had at any establishment, and I'm not kidding. Let me go through my story.

Let me start by saying that I NEVER write Google reviews. This experience, though, was so bad that I felt obligated to tell the world.

It all started when I arrived one day with a brand new suit. When I came to pick it up a few days later, they had messed up on the pressing. I asked them if they can do it again, and to their credit, they said yes. I came back again a few days later, and still, my brand new suit was messed up on the lapel and ticket pocket. So I show them the problem again, and they bring it to the back to quickly press it a third time. Same thing. Finally, they tell me to come with them to the back. WARNING: NEVER, EVER GO TO THE BACK OF THAT STORE. YOU DO NOT WANT TO MEET THE GUY BACK THERE.

As soon as I get to the back, the guy back there completely UNLOADED at me, how nobody will see it and it's my fault... And this guy was MAD. He just shouted at me while I stood there, not being able to voice my thoughts over his shouting. Thinking back, I really should've called the cops. Sound like something you want to get yourself into?

So take my advice. There are many other cleaners right in the same area as this one, so don't make my mistake, and consider using another.

Before I conclude, I feel I have to give a shout-out to the other two workers I encountered at the store. They were unlike the man in the back, and were actually very helpful and much more professional. That one star goes for them.
