Great job! The couch now looks like new again. It was in pretty rough shape with lots of pet hair and stains, but it's now spotless.

The technicians were outstanding. They tackled a mess caused by my dog, thoroughly cleaning the couches. Their attention to detail was impressive, and they went above and beyond to clean my bed frame, something I thought was impossible to do.

The furniture still had the same dirty look after the service, they didn't even wash them. They quoted $260 for it and I agreed, but when I arrived, they told me it would cost an extra $100 for shampooing - which didn't change the fact that the furniture was still dirty. Don't recommend this service, very poor.

I recently had an issue with the portable AC unit service I received last week. When I called twice in the past week, I was told there's no contact email available for follow-up questions or concerns. The technician installed a new filter and returned the unit on Saturday, August 16th. However, upon my repeated mentions of the missing back panel during our phone calls, I haven't received any updates on its status. I'm still waiting to hear if it was misplaced, damaged, or simply forgotten. A simple acknowledgement would be appreciated, even if the answer is that it's being held for repair or replacement.
