Quick and impressive job.

I hired Parkway to fix my air conditioning unit. They got back to me fast, heard me out, asked the right questions, and actually did the job. The technicians were courteous, on point, speedy, and showed good manners. I'm thoroughly satisfied with their service, no complaints at all.

Parkway sold me a faulty appliance that was misrepresented as nearly brand new. They initially agreed to cover the repair costs but later backed out after the work was done. Don't bother with this company - their sales tactics are deceptive and unreliable.

The technician arrived and attempted to resolve the problem, but unfortunately, the issue persists. Despite restarting the system, the problem remains unresolved. The technician is unwilling to rectify the situation without scheduling another visit, despite already billing $250 for a short period of work. This approach seems unreasonable.
