Cesar came to my place today to do an apartment-wide mouse-proofing. He was great. Showed up exactly on time, and spent over two hours working, there was zero goofing off. Explained that mice can get through holes and cracks tinier than you'd think, scrutinized every inch of the baseboards, and got down on the floor with a flashlight to check out anything not immediately obvious that might give them an entry point. I have an old built-in dishwasher that I've never even used, and he unscrewed it and pulled it out to see if there might be anything going on behind it.

He plugged up - very neatly - every hole and crack he found, and this being a 1930's apartment building, there were a lot.

Really professional, really pleasant, I'd recommend him without any reservations at all.

Manual is literally a Gem. He came highly recommended and I feel like we lucked out with that perfect recommendation you get for something and you don’t need to look for another ever again. He is super knowledgeable and thorough. I have never met an exterminator who talks about his craft so passionately.

We don’t have any major issues with vermin or rodents BUT I am a little crazy at controlling these things. He addressed every single almost crazy concern of mine and did an amazing concoction of treatments. Our space just feels even cleaner. He advised me like it was his home. He did so many preventative things so we don’t suffer from the occasional mouse anymore. He even patched up something and made more suggestions about our incinerator room which were genius.

I cannot put into words how great he and his company are. I trust him fully and would continue to use his services if I move on a personal level.

No one ever wants to need an exterminator but after having an issue with mice for a few months, despite setting traps and closing visible holes, I had to get the professionals. I'm glad that I did because this is the best experience I've ever had with one. Manuel was very nice (he even took his boots off since I have a no outside shoes home) and soooo thorough. He went through all the rooms in my apartment, literally crawling around to find any the nooks and crannies. In his search he found several holes that I hadn't been able to see and took care of them. This is way more than my previous experiences with exterminators, who usually walk around for a little bit and give you glue traps.

I hope this is the last I see of the little terrors, but in case it isn't I'll definitely call this company again. Highly recommend. Thanks so much, Manuel!!

Cesar has given us superb treatment regarding our previous roach infestation. The problem in our apartment was essentially eliminated on the first visit. He is knowledgeable about all pests and always willing to answer any questions. I feel that me and my pet cat will be safe given his use of environmentally safe chemicals. Five stars
