Great service, friendly, came to my house at 2am to fix a hot water tank and only charged me $150. Wow what a deal!!!!! Will save their number.

My family and I were out of heat for 3 days at our rental apartment and the landlord wasn't going to send anyone to fix the heat... that's when I found Joe's website online. He came to our home and restored heat! I was so thankful that he came and helped us out. His staff is extremely friendly and they call you to let you know when the plumber is on the way. I truly recommend this company and their service.

MOST DEFINITELY 5 STARS‼️ Had water heater replaced 5 years ago by this company and the two young men who did the job were very professional and knowledgeable. Heater is still going strong today with no issues‼️👍

I am a professional property manager, and have worked with many plumbing companies in the past. J Caiazzo is the best I have ever seen.
Their pricing was fair. Actually it was a bargain, based on their skill level and the speed of their work.
They arrived on time. Completed the work ahead of time. Worked cleanly and in an organized fashion.
The expert techs were professional and courteous. What a pleasure it was to have J Caiazzo Plumbing replace my old, broken-down residential, steam boiler. I would use J Caiazzo again for any job - commercial or residential.

I just wanted to leave a positive comment about the gentlemen who came by Friday Jan. 17th to fix my sink. He was friendly, got the job done and made my day brighter just by his work. Thanks, I highly recommend him as a great employee in your company.

Two workers coming to work in the building parked blocking the active driveway. I informed them very politely and calmly that the driveway is very active especially in the morning and they should move up a few feet so they would not block the driveway. The grody little workman asked me to repeat myself several times and when he finally understood he replied very defensively and disrespectfully asking if I was a cop, etc. I generally don't tolerate disrespect, especially from creepy little men, so I left the situation. He kept on mouthing off as I walked away. DO NOT use this company if you expect to receive respectful service.

They probably have great service, but charging a $300 FEE WITHOUT KNOWING WHAT THE ISSUE IS IS RIDICULOUS. THE REP HAD NO EXPLANATION WHAT THIS FEE WAS FOR OR IF WOULD BE CREDITED TO THE JOB.

I am a plumber my self and have my own company but this company take my pictures you see on there listing both pictures working on the water heater are me looks like they don’t have pictures of there own to post so they use mine lol with out my permission

I called to have someone come fix my bathroom sink minor stuff! They told me someone is coming they are gonna get someone well I waited all day Sunday no call no show nothing! Bad 1st experience and terrible customer service! Why have 7 days service if you really don’t! Shame on you.....a call back to say yes no maybe would have been nice.😡

Very aggressive little guy. Caught him picking his boogers and trying to wipe everywhere. Almost tried to wipe it on my dog while pretending to play with it.
